Wonderful Guide, Pauline - Great Customer Service
We had torrential downpour and no cell service so had difficulty meeting Pauline on time. And the forecast was for worsening weather so she allowed us to get a refund since we were only here for one day. And yet she did some out in the torrential rain. So, amazing service and consideration. Great Customer Service,
Response from the operator: Thank you so much, Donald, for your kind review! It truly means a lot to me. I’m very sorry that the weather and connection issues prevented us from meeting, especially during such a short stay. I’m glad I could offer a flexible solution and make things a bit easier despite the circumstances. I hope you still had a wonderful time in Tahiti! Warm regards, Pauline
