We Accidentally Found Anton… and Somehow Had the Best Night of Our Trip 😂🚲🇨🇦
We Accidentally Found Anton… and Somehow Had the Best Night of Our Trip 😂🚲🇨🇦 Our original plan for Victoria was… basically nonexistent. 😂 We had just gotten off the cruise ship with absolutely no plans, no itinerary, and honestly no idea what we were going to do. Our big mission was pretty much just to get off the ship, take a picture with the Canadian sign, and call it a night. Then we saw Anton. And THANK GOD we did. 😂 We ended up booking a pedicab tour with him completely on a whim, and somehow this random, last-minute decision turned into one of the absolute highlights of our entire Alaska/Canada trip. Anton was AMAZING. He was incredibly sweet, funny, personable, and so knowledgeable about Victoria. He had us laughing the entire time while showing us around the city and pointing out things we absolutely would have missed on our own. At some point during the tour, we went from “Let’s just take a picture with the Canadian sign” to “HOW DID THIS RANDOM NIGHT BECOME ONE OF OUR FAVORITE MEMORIES OF THE ENTIRE TRIP?” 😂 Anton genuinely made the experience special. He wasn’t just a tour guide—he felt like a friend who happened to know everything about Victoria and conveniently had a pedicab. 😂 You could tell he truly loves what he does, and that made the whole experience even better. If you’re considering a pedicab tour, DO IT. And if you have the option to request Anton, REQUEST ANTON. Honestly, put it in all caps. Highlight it. Circle it. Maybe send a carrier pigeon. 😂 We went into Victoria with zero plans and somehow walked away with one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. 10/10. Five stars. Would absolutely recommend. Would absolutely ride around Victoria with Anton again. ❤️🇨🇦🚲 Thank you, Anton, for turning our completely unplanned night into something we’ll be talking about for a long time!

Texas Size and Feel Hospitality!
Our pedicab tour with Anton Ihl was, without question, one of the highlights of our entire trip. What began as a spontaneous decision after arriving in Victoria became an experience that exceeded even our planned cruise excursions. Anton delivered an exceptional level of hospitality, knowledge, and personalized service. He was attentive to our family of four, adapting the tour based on conversations he simply overheard and adding thoughtful stops that made the experience uniquely ours. We felt completely comfortable throughout, and his genuine pride in Victoria ensured that we experienced the city at its very best. Anton is an extraordinary ambassador for Victoria and an exceptional representative of its pedicab tours. I recommend him without reservation and sincerely hope the city continues to recognize the value he brings to its visitors. Others would be hard-pressed to exceed the standard of service Anton provided.

Excellent tour!
We had a great pedicab tour of Victoria. Anton was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the tour enjoyable. It was a fun and relaxing way to see the city and learn a little about the history and different sights along the way. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Victoria. Highly recommend!

Why this scores 68
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vancouver Island.
How much does Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People cost?
+
Prices start at $129 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vancouver Island usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vancouver Island is not rushed.
Is Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vancouver Island, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vancouver Island can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vancouver Island and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Scenic Victoria Pedicab Tour - 2 hrs 4-8 People start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vancouver Island within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Vancouver Island?
+
On Outty we rank every Vancouver Island experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whistler Tour from Vancouver + Sea to Sky Gondola + Shannon Falls, Victoria Guided Food and History Tour, Victoria Whale and Wildlife Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Vancouver Island?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Vancouver Island?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
