Genuine Homestay

We had one night and We arrived after a hard days trekking following a heavy rain day. The accommodation is a wooden chalet with own bathroom and as the temperatures were Low, we really appreciated the electric blankets . The food was delicious . Lovely location , on the banks of the river , it was lovely to sleep with the sound of the river which was in full flow after the rain.

Nice experience but the organization is painful

Beautiful destination and I really recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Vietnam, Sa Pa is a place not to be missed, wonderful landscapes with rice fields as far as the eye can see and a thousand colors to take your breath away. As for trekking, therefore, nothing to say because it is impossible not to admire the wonderful world and life of these peoples during visits to the villages. The guide instead was not company, did not explain anything, did not speak at all, on the contrary, unless we asked questions and even there, the answer was very skimpy and totally random, it seemed as if she was annoyed that we were together. The organization itself leaves something to be desired. It took us 3 days to understand how the homestay worked because after booking you are bounced from person to person and everyone gives you a different schedule and totally erroneous and disconnected information. On our schedule, the return to Hanoi in the evening was scheduled and paid for, in the end they left us in Sapa and did not even tell us. We found out when we collected our luggage and after the organizer told us that the guide and the guide would take care of it instead the hotel and here again the organizer, we had to deal with it alone wasting several hours looking for the fastest but also cheap bus. Going back I would do it again because the experience is worth it but the nervous breakdown felt when at the end of the tour, when we found out that we would have to go back alone to Hanoi, without having booked anything, made me lose 10 years of life. Zero assistance, zero comprehension of the text when you try to ask for information they answer "Yes" at random, to everything you say.

Response from the operator: Hello Thanks for your feedback We need to clarify some issues with you - You have chosen to pick up and finish Sapa - All your questions we have answered very clearly Thank You Hung

An experience in Sapa full of surprises and fun

The trip was wonderful. We had new and beautiful experiences, all the staff were very helpful and kind. I'd give the trip to Ha Long Bay a score of 10/10. Beautiful luxury ship with comfortable rooms. The local food is quite good and the portions are large. Activities are well organized. I must recommend everyone to join this trip if they want a trip full of surprises and new adventures.

Perfect trip, beautiful scenery

Sapa is so wonderful, so majestic. Thank you very much for the professional team who organized a perfect trip for us. I had the opportunity to experience the traditional culture, special food and exquisite handicrafts of the ethnic groups here. I met and talked with the local people in Sapa, and I found them very gentle sincere and charmingly hospitable. This is a destination worth exploring and experiencing.

The most beautiful scenery in Ta Xua and Sapa

What a fantastic trip to Ta Xua and Sapa. The guides were attentive and their English was excellent. They took us on some great off-road trails and showed us the most amazing views. The homestay was really nice with delicious food. It was a great experience that I would 100% recommend!

Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.

How much does Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village cost?

+

Prices start at $36 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village take?

+

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.

Is Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village?

+

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sapa 2 Days 1 Night Overnight at Homestay Ta Van Village start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hanoi?

+

On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hanoi?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hanoi?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
