Amazing Tour!

We had such a great time with Tommy and Lucie! They’re both very knowledgeable about the region and took us to some great tastings and the best lunch spot! If you’re looking for a wine tour that is a bit off the beaten path, look no further! This tour was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! It means a lot to know that Tommy and Lucie helped make your day in Sancerre such a memorable part of your trip. We are especially happy that you enjoyed discovering some of the region’s more authentic producers, along with the tastings and local cuisine. Creating unique experiences away from the usual tourist paths is exactly what we aim for, so your feedback truly means a lot to our team. We hope to welcome you back to France for another wine adventure someday! Best regards, My WineDays Team

Phenomenal, delicious, and unique

One of our favorite tours we’ve ever been on. The wines were fantastic, the lunch was incredible, and getting to see a place whose wines I have loved for quite some time was very special. The countryside and village of Sancerre were gorgeous and it was such a treat do a tour that was a bit off the beaten path. Friends of mine have done wine tours in France (Champagne, Bordeaux, etc.) but I don’t know anyone who has done a trip to Sancerre, which really adds to the sense of uniqueness of the experience. Tommy and Lucy were incredible and knowledgeable hosts and they, along with the guides at the wineries, really helped create an immersive and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this tour for any wine lovers or anyone looking for outside the typical experiences.

Response from the operator: Dear Thomas, Thank you very much such a wonderful review! We are delighted that your Sancerre tour became one of your favorite tour experiences. Sancerre is truly a hidden gem, and we are so pleased that you enjoyed its unique charm, exceptional wines, wineries, beautiful landscapes, and local gastronomy. We will be sure to share your kind words with Tommy and Lucy, who will be thrilled to know that their knowledge and passion helped make your day so memorable. Thank you so much for your recommendation. It truly means a lot to us! You are now a part of the wine family! Best regards, My WineDays Team

Great wine tasting tour

This was a great day. Our guide Alexandre was friendly and gave us great information about the Sancerre region and their wines. He picked us up at our hotel and informed us that we were the only group for the day (3 of us). We toured 2 wineries and learned a lot about their wine making processes and the ground and weather conditions for grapes in the region. The tastings were generous and the wines were yummy. We enjoyed the local cheese served to us at the first winery, and it was nice that we had time to stop at the cheese shop. The food and wine we received at the restaurant for lunch was fantastic. The scenic stop with the glass of rose wine was a pleasant extra. It was greatly appreciated that Alexandre was able to drop us back at our hotel at the end of the day. We would use this company again when we travel to Paris in the future.

Response from the operator: Dear Bonita, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed such a special day in Sancerre with Alexandre and that the private feel of the experience made it even more memorable. It is lovely to know that the winery visits, generous tastings, local cheese, lunch, and scenic stop all came together to create such an enjoyable day. We truly appreciate your kind words and would be delighted to welcome you again on a future trip to Paris. Best regards, My WineDays Team

It was nice to have all the logistics taken care of for a day of wine tasting!

Our guide Cedric had great communication with us about the logistics and knew a ton about French wine. He was engaging and fun to be with all day. We had a full van to Sancerre and enjoyed meeting the other travel-mates in our group. The two wineries we went to offered so many tastings and the lunch was fantastic. It felt like a special experience that I couldn't have planned on my own.. it was nice to be taken care of all day. It made getting to and from Sancerre so easy. Thank you Cedric!

Response from the operator: Dear Taryn, Many thanks for sharing your Sancerre experience with the world! We are thrilled to know that you had such a great day and highly appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback as we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our wine lovers. We will make sure to pass on your kind words to Cedric. Best regards, My WineDays Team

Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch cost?

+

Prices start at $275 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch take?

+

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 12-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch?

+

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sancerre Wine Day from Paris with 10 Tastings & Lunch start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

+

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

+

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
