They canceled the excursion 1 day before

They canceled our reservation one day before, in high season (there were no longer any excursions on other ships with such short notice) without giving us options and without notifying us why they were canceling.

Worst customer service- they cancelled 30 mins before scheduled departure.

My husband Germán booked this tour on 7/5/22 for us to take on 8/13. The day of the excursion, we took a taxi from our hotel in Playa d’en Bossa (Hotel Garbi) to the scheduled meeting spot at Porroig, which is a 30 minute taxi ride each way. Excursion was scheduled to begin at 1:30pm. My husband called the office at 12:50pm to ensure everything was ok because Porroig is a small beach area and we didn’t see any tour stand / representative from the company. No one answered the office phone. Germán received a message via trip advisor at 12:58pm saying the ship couldn’t sail due to bad weather. We are avid every weekend boaters back home in Florida. We understand bad weather happens and it’s out of the company’s control. However, boaters should be aware of poor weather conditions farther in advance than 30 mins before a trip is scheduled to depart. The company should have notified us much earlier that same morning. Cancelling 30 mins before the trip is scheduled to depart is unacceptable. Cristina Martin messaged him via Whatssap at 1:01pm saying they were canceling for that day. Germán asked if he could reschedule for the next day and Cris said she would get back to us later that afternoon to let us know. She never wrote back. The next morning, Germán messaged Cris again at 9:37am asking if we would be able to cruise that day. Cris finally responded at 11:26am saying nothing was available and she would refund our trip. This company has terrible customer service communication and we would recommend you stay far away. Still waiting on the refund….

Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Ibiza.

How much does Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves cost?

+

Prices start at $40 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Ibiza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Ibiza is not rushed.

Is Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Ibiza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves?

+

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Ibiza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Ibiza and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sail Ibiza Formentera enjoy a swim in paradisiacal coves start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Ibiza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Ibiza?

+

On Outty we rank every Ibiza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ibiza Beach Hopping Cruise with Paddleboards, Drinks and Food 6h, Ibiza - Xarraca Bay- Kayaking Tour MultiActivity snorkel, caves, 3 Hours All Inclusive Boat Trip Ibiza. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Ibiza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Ibiza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
