    Sagrada Família and Park Guell

We were eight people looking for a guided tour to Sagrada Família, but we couldn’t find any available. That’s when we stumbled upon Sun2Spain. They didn’t have enough spots, but they were so helpful and managed to get us all in! It was amazing! We also asked them about Park Güell, and they offered us a combo tours, which was super nice it was hassle free and included transportation. Overall, it was a great experience. We really loved our guide and the tour organizer they were so helpful with reminders and all the details. They are a very transparent tour operator, and I highly recommend them.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Sun2Spain was able to accommodate your group and provide a memorable experience at Sagrada Família and Park Güell. We strive to offer excellent service and hassle-free tours, and it’s great to know that our efforts paid off for you. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

    Disappointed and confused

We didn’t go as we were told our booking had been changed to Wednesday 8 July and I thought it was Thursday 9 July that I had booked. I received a call on the Wednesday to tell us they were waiting but we are staying 2 hours away so there was no way we could get there in time. We have been given a new time on Sunday 12 July but it is not a family tour and not in English. Very disappointed and confused. I received many e mails confirming the 9 July booking including one on the morning of the 8 July. So sorry to have missed it.

Response from the operator: We are sorry that you were disappointed. Following your original inquiry, we offered an alternative date due to availability, and you confirmed 8 July in our Viator message thread. We then sent a booking confirmation for that date, which was acknowledged. Our licensed guide attended the meeting point, and we attempted to contact you when you did not arrive. Although the missed tour was outside our control, we arranged a complimentary replacement for your family on 12 July at our own expense and successfully secured places for all four participants. We also confirmed that the guide would conduct the introduction in English. Unfortunately, you did not attend the complimentary tour either, despite confirming the new booking, and we received no response to our messages while our guide was waiting at the meeting point. We always strive to resolve unexpected situations fairly and professionally and regret that we were unable to provide the experience we had arranged for you.

We had a private tour with Lena, and it was worth every penny! She was not only knowledgeable but friendly and excited to share everything she knew with us. She was by far the best tour guide and Sun2Spain the best operator we encountered our entire trip. Thank you, Lena and Team!!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this incredible review! Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.

How much does Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona cost?

    +

Prices start at $450 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.

Is Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sagrada Família Private Guided Tour and Entry in Barcelona start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Barcelona?

    +

Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

    +

May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Barcelona?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
