Serengeti tour. Thanks Babu
Our experience with Safari Experience was absolutely wonderful! We were lucky enough to see so many animals, both herbivores and carnivores, and enjoy truly unforgettable moments. A special thank you goes to our guide, Babu, who was absolutely five-star! • He has excellent knowledge of the parks and explained everything to us with great expertise, using scientific knowledge while always making everything clear and interesting. Babu speaks Italian exceptionally well, almost like a native speaker, even though he has never been to Italy! I highly recommend this trip, but above all, I recommend experiencing it with Babu. He works with great passion, and you can truly see how much he loves his job. Thank you, Babu, for making our safari even more special and unforgettable!

Assolutamente consigliato!
** We spent 5-6 incredible days on safari with Rick (Richard) and we can honestly say that it was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. He was absolutely the best of the best! Rick is an exceptional safari guide: extremely knowledgeable, attentive, considerate, professional, and also a genuinely kind and funny person. From the very first day, we felt completely comfortable with him. He explained so many things about the animals, nature, and the environment around us, and he was always attentive to our needs and made sure we were enjoying every moment of the safari. One of the things that impressed us the most was his incredible ability to find the animals. He was constantly communicating with other guides and sharing information, which allowed him to take us straight to the best places to see wildlife. Thanks to him, we saw absolutely everything (including leopard twice, and also the great migration in Serengeti north!) it was truly amazing. We had so many incredible encounters with animals that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We also never had a single problem with the safari vehicle. Rick was extremely careful and responsible, and he always made us feel completely safe. What impressed us even more was how helpful he was towards other people as well. Several times, he stopped to help other guides or safari vehicles when they needed assistance. That really showed us what kind of person he is — not only an excellent guide, but also a genuinely helpful and generous person. On top of everything, we simply had a wonderful time with him on a personal level. Spending 5-6 days together was a real pleasure. We laughed, talked, shared stories, and genuinely enjoyed his company. We never had any problems whatsoever and always felt that we were in the best possible hands. If you are looking for a safari guide, we absolutely recommend Rick 100%. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, funny, extremely helpful, and incredibly good at what he does. Thanks to him, our safari was truly unforgettable. For us, he was absolutely the best of the best. We could not have asked for a better guide. Thank you so much, Rick, for these amazing days!

Trip of a lifetime
We had the most amazing time with Savannah explorers. Our family of 4 did a tour of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro for a week and Savannah explorers provided the perfect week. The trip was seamless and everywhere we stayed was absolutely beautiful. Our tour guide Jumar was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we saw as much as we possibly could. We were very lucky and saw the big five and the great migration. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Excellent con Savannah Explorer LTD -contac wirh Anderson e Richard Guide
The trip, organized by Mr Anderson (Savannah Explorer Ltd) to Tanzania was simply magnificent! The safari exceeded all expectations: breathtaking landscapes, incredible animal sightings, and impeccable organization from start to finish. The guide Richard wad highly trained and passionate, ensuring we enjoyed the experience with just the right amount of adrenaline and safety. The lodges were also top-notch, offering warm and authentic hospitality, and the food was truly excellent everywhere. We spent the last two days at the beach on Mafia Island, in its splendid marine park: a fantastic finale, amid crystal-clear waters and pristine nature that perfectly complements the safari experience. I recommend this trip to anyone dreaming of an unforgettable African adventure: Tanzania has captured our hearts!"

Why this scores 78
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Moshi.
How much does Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro cost?
+
Prices start at $2,845 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Moshi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro take?
+
Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Moshi is not rushed.
Is Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 384 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Moshi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro?
+
Around 134 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Moshi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Moshi and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Moshi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Moshi?
+
On Outty we rank every Moshi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfall, Coffee Tour and Picnic Hot Lunch, Materuni Waterfall and Coffee Plantation Half Day Tour, Kilimanjaro climb, Machame Route (7-day). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Moshi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Moshi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Safari Serengeti And Ngorongoro?
+
Included: AMREF Flying Doctors insurance for air medical evacuation service (500 Km radius); Lunch; Dinner; and Breakfast. Not included: International flights. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
