At the Game Reserve, you can expect an exciting day filled with wildlife sightings, including the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard as well as various other animals like giraffes, zebras and antelopes). You'll go on safari drives led by experienced guides, off-the-beaten-path-routes, luxurious accommodations amidst breathtaking landscapes while creating unforgettable experiences and enjoy delicious meals. A complementary educational tour on their lion rehabilitation program and the Reserve's sustainable food program is included. Arrive at the Private Game Reserve to a welcome glass of cool wine before being ushered in for registration. After registration, before you go on a safari drive, you are spoiled with a buffet lunch. The safari is conducted by a qualified and highly experienced ranger which will be up to 3 hours. There are several stops to view animals and to afford travelers photo opportunities. There is also a 30 minute break for a leg stretch and a glass of wine. After the safari, you return back to the reserve to take time out relaxing in the sun, bar, spa or make your way back to Cape Town. Important Note - 5 - 6 hours is allotted for travelling from pick up to drop off.

Wonderful day with Ian as our Guide
Ian was prompt, respectful and engaging. He shared history and local information as we drove to the reserve. His van was clean and comfortable. The safari was enjoyable and we saw lots of wildlife. Lunch was amazing!

Wonderful guide makes the tour!!
First and foremost, the guide will make or break a tour no matter how incredible what you plan to see is. We were fortunate to have an accommodating, pleasant, humorous, and informative agent, Liezle. She’s not just a local but a native of the country. She was patient and helpful as we navigated the various details of the tour from preparation to execution. She stayed with us during each hand off to be sure we were in the right place and ready. The tour itself was wonderful. Just be careful that the fee to enter the reserve is separate and apart from tour/lunch costs and a payment directly on the reserves onsite pay portal is required. Some websites are unclear. Definitely worth it all.
