Excellent Private Driver in Cusco — Juvenal, Reliable & Knowledgeable for Sacred Valley Transfers
Juvenal was our private driver for three separate days in the Cusco region and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He handled our transportation from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, then transfers around the Sacred Valley, and finally back to Cusco — every single trip on three different days was smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his punctuality. Juvenal was on time, every time, without exception, which made a huge difference when we had trains and reservations to catch. He drives very safely and carefully, which we especially appreciated on the mountain roads of the Sacred Valley. Beyond the driving, he was incredibly helpful and shared a deep knowledge of the region — its history, culture, and the best spots along the way. He also offers the Inca Trail walking tour for anyone wanting a guided hiking experience around Cusco. Friendly, warm, and professional from start to finish. If you're looking for a trustworthy private driver or a local guide for tours in Cusco, Ollantaytambo, the Sacred Valley, or anywhere in the region, Juvenal is the person to contact. We will be recommending him to everyone who asks us for a driver or guide in Peru.

Loved it!
I booked a day tour with Sutta (Juvenal) around the sacred valley which was absolutely amazing! As a female solo traveller, I felt completely safe and had a really fun day seeing wonderful sites and learning so much about Incan culture. Sutta is extremely knowledgeable and professional and tailored the day to my needs when I was getting tired with walking up many steps. He speaks perfect English and is a genuinely lovely person! I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the sacred valley in a relaxed and comfortable way. Thank you Sutta for everything!!

We spent 8 days in Cusco, Agua Caliente, Ollantaytambo, and back to Cusco. Sutta was always punctual, responsive, and so helpful from planning this trip of lifetime and daily execution. We toured Sacred Valley, salt mine, many archeological sites in surrounding area.. of course Machu Picchu and Rainbow mountain were spectacular!! We learned so much about Inca history ,culture, and hardworking people of Peru that made a big impression. Ride from ollataytambo to cusco
I booked for a transfer from ollataytambo to cusco. The pick up was on time and the drive was smooth. During the drive, our driver was able to explain a lot to us about this region and the Peruvian culture which was very appreciated. Besides, our driver was very accommodating and helped us get our luggage back from another hotel before taking us to our final destination.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback this help us to keep improving our service your welcome back anytime..

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Sacred Valley Transport: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Sacred Valley Transport cost?
+
Prices start at $180 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sacred Valley Transport take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Sacred Valley Transport worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 41 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sacred Valley Transport?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Sacred Valley Transport suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sacred Valley Transport?
+
Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sacred Valley Transport start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
