Fantastic Tour made all the better by the guides
We had an absolutely amazing three-hour trike tour of the island yesterday and genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. Our tour guides, Bertie and Tony, were fantastic from start to finish. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and simply couldn’t do enough for us. We also had someone in our group with mobility issues, and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making sure they were comfortable and included throughout the whole experience. The trikes themselves were brilliant — absolutely brand new, beautifully maintained and clearly very well looked after. The tour was fantastic, taking us around some really beautiful parts of the island. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather: a mixture of sunshine and cloud, but not too hot and not too cold — perfect for being out on the trikes. The only thing we might have liked was the option to stop at a volcano, but that’s a very minor point and certainly didn’t detract from what was a brilliant experience. If you’re looking for a fun, different and memorable way to see the island, I would 100% recommend this tour. Bertie and Tony were a huge part of what made it so enjoyable. Thank you both for such a fantastic day!

Guide was racist. Chauvinistic and bad tempered. He was German never got his name, hadn't people skills called two coloured girls negros and left them at the start. Almost no training given with these trikes and slingshot had no working hand brake. Couldn't wait to get back after first stop when he said group is sh## and shouldn't be on his tour its costing him money. We had been on this tour before several years ago and couldn't believe the differance
Response from the operator: 1. You didn't do the excursion because you wasn't able to drive the Trike or the Slingshot so we made you the favour of refunding you the money, there is nothing more we can do... 2. Slingshot do have handbrake, but thats exclusively for parking, using it to avoid stalling the engine is incorrect handling of the vehicle. 3. You have never been with us before, as you said to the manager, otherwise you would have knew how to drive the vehicles. 4. Insulting the guide, because you had no respect for his job, is straight out evil.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lanzarote.
How much does Ruta guiada de 3 horas en TRIKE cost?
+
Prices start at $171 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lanzarote usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ruta guiada de 3 horas en TRIKE take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lanzarote is not rushed.
Is Ruta guiada de 3 horas en TRIKE worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 64 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lanzarote, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ruta guiada de 3 horas en TRIKE?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ruta guiada de 3 horas en TRIKE suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ruta guiada de 3 horas en TRIKE?
+
Around 22 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lanzarote can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lanzarote and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ruta guiada de 3 horas en TRIKE start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lanzarote within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lanzarote?
+
On Outty we rank every Lanzarote experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guapatinis Show Bar Experience, Tour to Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes and viewpoint from the cliff, MHT Lanzarote - Comedy Drag Dinner Show Experience - No1. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lanzarote?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lanzarote?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
