    Meh experience

The spa itself was ok; crowded but that was to be expected. The information they don't tell you on their site or on viator is that they do not provide towels at all. No where could I find this information so I assumed this was included. Nope, they charged us $20 USD for a thin little towel. What a rip off. The brunch was probably the most valuable part of this experience but service was incredibly slow. Brunch took 2+hrs and by then we were just ready to leave.

    Spa experience and lunch

Excellent day. The bistro only opens at 11 so don't go early but redeeming ticket was easy. Had to pay upgrade to use the steam room and old spa facilities but still worth it. The spa was great. I was a bit apprehensive as on a main road but inside you don't notice and the facilities are great, plenty of space. Great views from the rooftop pool. You can choose what time you eat at the bistro. We had a great meal on the terrace at the end of our spa session

    Definitely would go again

Great place with mostly locals. It was a bit confusing initially, but worked out well. We did the premium lunch and service was prompt and good. Food pretty good and way more than expected. Drinks not included but very resonably priced. I tried 5 different saunas and a steam room plus multiple bath temperatures. Roof top terrace/bar with hot tub was a great place to look around. We also added a massage- Excellent- probably the best massage I've had and was very inepensive.

    Wrong choice

The poor customer service in the Bistro! On arrival we arrived at 10.50hrs to be told we could NOT register our arrival until 11.00hrs. So we had to hang around until we could register but was advised to wait at the Rudas Thermal Spa down the road. Very annoying going backwards and forwards. The swimming area did not smell nice which did not encourage the use. Then the roof top swimming pool was a small area with a bar with customers who clearly planned to spend the day there as they had occupied the limited sun loungers. The meal in the Bistro was not nice, everything had Too much salt added. Waste of money and time

    Rudas “PREMIER BRUNCH REVIEW”

This was my first experience at the baths in Budapest. I chose Rudas because it was the smaller choice. I also read some where of the healing benefits of Rudas mineral drinking water. I like the idea of coupling a meal with a couple hours at the spa. Upon arrival at 11 AM, which was the time slotted on our trip advisor ticket. We were told that they weren’t ready for lunch. My poor review is based on the fact that this experience was not well communicated from a purchasing ticket standpoint to a using of the thermal pools standpoint. There is NO DIFFERENCE between the premier brunch or lunch or premier lunch. The time is irrelevant. The restaurant opens at 12 and you can use the restaurant anytime after that. The language barrier, English to Hungarian, was hard in the restaurant and the spa. Most of the employees did not speak English. The traditions and the movability within the spa (when you eat and NO dress ode for restaurant) really should be gone over prior to enjoying the facilities. We didn’t know where to go where to go, how to shower before the use of the pools and what time to be any specific place, like our lunch reservation or our massages. You have to enter each different section of the pool by way of turn-style. Everything was very confusing. if you’re ready for that, the food was excellent (I mean one of the best we had in Hungary) and the spa pool experience was delightful. The facilities could use a little TLC, but for the most part were clean.

Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Budapest.

How much does Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch cost?

    +

Prices start at $107 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Budapest usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Budapest is not rushed.

Is Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Budapest, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Budapest can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Budapest and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Rudas Bistro Premium Brunch start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Budapest within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Budapest?

    +

On Outty we rank every Budapest experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Budapest City Landmarks Walking Tour in 2 Hours, Countryside Half-day Gastro-Wine Tour from Budapest Meal & pickup, Budapest free walking tour: Parliament and Shoes Memorial. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Budapest?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Budapest?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
