Good but could be better
We recently visited Lapland Winter Park and had a genuinely mixed experience, with some real highlights alongside a few disappointments. On the positive side, the setting itself is absolutely beautiful and really adds to the overall atmosphere. We especially enjoyed trying cross-country skiing for the first time—it was a great experience and something we’ll definitely remember. The sledging hill was also a big hit, and the sauna world was very enjoyable and well worth visiting. However, there were some downsides that significantly impacted our visit. The biggest issue for us was the lack of disabled changing facilities, which made things quite difficult and affected the experience for my son in particular. This is something that really needs to be addressed to make the venue more inclusive for all visitors. We were also quite disappointed with the reindeer sleigh ride. It was very short and not particularly exciting, especially compared to what we were expecting—it didn’t feel like good value and didn’t live up to the rest of the experience. Overall, we did have a good time and there are some lovely aspects to the park, but improvements—particularly around accessibility and the reindeer experience—would make a big difference

Lovely afternoon..
We caught the free shuttle out to Lapland winter park. All went smoothly. Process explained and towels and robes provided. There are a number of saunas in the forest and a hot tub and jacuzzi. All was clean and well maintained. Lovely to sit in the jacuzzi looking at the snowy trees. There are different types of sauna so if you don’t like one then move onto the next. Afterwards we showered and then went to see the reindeer before getting the bus back. A relaxing and enjoyable afternoon.
Response from the operator: Hi! Thank you for visiting our Sauna World! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed our facilities, different saunas, the jacuzzies and also the beautiful snowy scenery during your sauna session. We hope to welcome you back one day :)

A dream!
I highly recommend this experience. They were kind and helpful when I contacted customer service for information about the shuttle. It was very convenient because it was included in the price. The staff was kind and helpful; the guy who was there before the changing rooms/showers was really good at explaining everything to us. We used the sauna and jacuzzi surrounded by snow and snow-covered trees! It was truly a dream I'll remember for the rest of my life! Thank you! Highly recommended!
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We are so happy to hear that you highly recommend your experience with us. Providing a dream-like experience is what we strive for, and we are so glad you enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi surrounded by the snowy landscape. We hope to welcome you back to Lapland Winter Park in the future!

A really lovely...
A really lovely experience. Our session was not too busy and there is plenty of choice of saunas and hot tubs. Staff were super attentive bringing drinks in the hot tub! Highly recommend.
Response from the operator: Dear guest, thank you for the good review and so nice to hear you have enjoyed our Sauna world :)

Fantastic!
This was the most amazing experience. I was nervous at first as I really feel the cold but going from the hot tub to the saunas wasn’t too cold, I even tried the ice bath. I preferred Lapland Winter Park to Santa’s Village. The animals looked well cared for and looked happy.
Response from the operator: Hi! Happy to hear you have enjoyed our sauna experience to the fullest. The combination of the heat of the sauna and the cold winter air is truly an experience to have at least once in a life time. But we surely hope you will come again <3

Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rovaniemi.
How much does Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool cost?
+
Prices start at $77 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rovaniemi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rovaniemi is not rushed.
Is Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rovaniemi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rovaniemi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rovaniemi and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Rovaniemi Sauna World with a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi and Cold Pool start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rovaniemi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rovaniemi?
+
On Outty we rank every Rovaniemi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Northern Lights Rovaniemi: Guaranteed Viewing & Unlimited Mileage, Rovaniemi: Korouoma Canyon & Frozen Waterfalls Tour with BBQ, Rovaniemi:%100 Guaranteed Northern Lights Hunt&Free Photos. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rovaniemi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rovaniemi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
