Incorrect instructions, No way to get a hold of customer service, stuck at Bogota airport
Your driver did show up at the assigned location. The instructions I had was for us to meet him in the arrivals(1st floor) of the Bogota Airport and he/she would be holding a sign with my name. We looked for over an hour. Asked other drivers with signs and airport staff and no one knew or heard of the company. I tried calling the miami number but was on hold for several minutes running up my international minutes. After 1 hour and 30minutes we gave up and grabbed an Uber to the hotel. The driver messaged me on Whatsapp(that was not in the instructions) and he was on the second floor of the airport. This is for departures not arrivals. It was not a good experience and I am submitting with CC to recapture 1/2 of the cost of this booking. I was so worried the driver for Tuesday from hotel to airport would show up. They thankfully did and we made it to the airport. I have used Viator in the past and never had such a bad experience. We were late to a business meeting.

Do not use this company
Sent an UBER! I waited an hour without getting picked up. I had to contact support to get someone to meet me at the airport which ended up being an Uber... The driver was nice but argued with me about where I was staying. He took me to the wrong hotel and told me to get out. I told him it was the wrong place and he finally took me to the correct location. Luckily I'm comfortable in Spanish but with Bogota's reputation as being an unsafe city it seemed real concerning at times. When my flight got changed it didn't even bother contacting the company about my paid for return ride. This has been my worse Viator experience to date

DO NOT BOOK with this company!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Booked this company through Viator. Arrived at the Bogota airport and they never showed up. Wouldn’t answer the phone either. Tried 2 different numbers. Even Viator couldn’t make contact with them. Had to pay for an Uber. Requested a refund. If no response will dispute with my credit card company. If you want to be left stranded then book with them. If you want a safe and reliable airport transfer book someone else. Look at the reviews for this company. Multiple negative ones stating pickup was late or never showed up

On the return trip from Bogota, the driver refused to confirm with me despite several attempts on my part. I contacted Viator twice. I also texted the driver. Unprofessional. I had to pay an Uber instead.
