    About this experience

Why just look around if you can look and understand?? So that you don’t leave Ronda feeling disappointed, hire a licensed local tour guide to enhance your visit. I will show you around and bring your tour to life by explaining the most outstanding aspects of the local history, art, and culture of this truly unique, beautiful Andalusian town. Do not hesitate and give yourself what you deserve! I started working as an official Guide in 1997, two years after graduating in Tourism, and I'm still working on it. I have the privilege of dedicating myself to a profession that I love and for which I have true respect and authentic passion. I enjoy every group, every explanation, every question, every step... I also had the incredible experience of guiding people as important as the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, also the First Lady of Panama and the First Lady of Mozambique, the Princess Desiré de Hohenlohe, Rick Steves, two ambassadors of the USA to Spain, amongst others.

    Exceptional!

Exceptional tour guide! Our entire extended family (from ages 11-80) agreed that Jesus was by far the best guide we had on our entire 2 week trip through Spain. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and personable, he was also very accommodating to the wide age range of our group. He was very communicative prior to the tour and was flexible during the tour, which was much appreciated. We learned so much about the history and culture of Ronda and we were shown the most breathtaking vantage points of this beautiful city. We give Jesus our highest recommendation!

Response from the operator: Dear Karen... thank you for your very kind words that make me feel really happy and privileged. It was so much fun having you all as a group! Even the kids were so interested (and funny), that the time flew. Thank you for choosing Ronda and choosing me. I hope you all are having a really good time! Say hello to all your family from Jesús de Ronda!

    Jesus was a great guide....

Jesus was a great guide. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Everyone in our group said it was one of the best tours they had been on.

Response from the operator: Dear Suzanne. How nice your review!! Thank you a lot!! It was a very interesting small group with different cultures and point of views in it, which made it really interesting! Best wishes from Ronda for you and your friends!

We toured Ronda with THE BEST guide

We started our tour at 9, before the other tourists arrived. It was delightful to have the amazing views and sights to ourselves! We enjoyed an easy banter with Jesus. Having been born and raised in Ronda, he has complete knowledge and interesting stories to tell. He has a happy and kind disposition. My husband and I left Ronda feeling that we had had THE BEST tour.

Response from the operator: Hello Debra!! It is really true that starting a little bit earlier makes a big difference. It was a really nice tour with you and your husband, two really early birds. I had a really good time. Thank you for your kind words! I wish you all the best from Ronda.

    Ronda with Jesus!

Jesus was an absolute joy! He brought a passion to his work and his bull fighting knowledge was impressive. I can't recommend him highly enough! He made Ronda one of our favorite parts of our trip to Spain.

Response from the operator: Wow!! Thank you very much for your kind words. You made my day!!! My job is so easy with people like you! Come back whenever you want!! Best wishes from Ronda.

Don’t delay, book a tour with Jesus!!

Jesus was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend him enough. If you are visiting Ronda, you need to book a tour with him to get the most out of your time. I usually do not book tours in cities, but I am so glad that I did this time and that I found Jesus.

Response from the operator: Dear Christian. It was such a nice time with you and tour family! Cool and big family! The kids were so well mannered! It was a big pleasure! Thank you for your patient! All the best for you and your family from this city that wants to see you back! Jesus

Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Malaga.

How much does Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide cost?

    +

Prices start at $296 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Malaga usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Malaga is not rushed.

Is Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 40 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Malaga, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide?

    +

Around 14 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Malaga can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Malaga and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Ronda private tour with an Experienced Native Official Guide start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Malaga within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Malaga?

    +

On Outty we rank every Malaga experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Malaga City Tour 2 Hours Monumental Segway Tour, Taste of Malaga Tour : Tapas, History and Local Customs, Go local for a day!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Malaga?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Malaga?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
