Did not live up to the hype
This booking included skip the line entrance tickets and a host that will assist you on the day to get in but there was no skip the line and no host to be seen either! Our booking time was changed, and we were basically left to our 'own devices'! As for the skip the line bit, that did not happen. The queues were long but if you had no tickets pre booked, they were even longer! The Vatican Museum was OK but you had to follow a sort of 'one way system' through the building in order to finally see the Sistine Chapel which was of course beautiful. I think, we spent more time in queues than quality time inside. Not worth the money we spent on it though.

Thankyou from a bored 15 year old
I had originally booked a non guided tour for myself, partner and two girls aged 15 and 21. The booking process was simple enough. On arrival at the office we were informed that we had been upgraded to a guided tour. I had booked the unguided tour as my plan was to just wander aimlessly about at our own speed. I am really grateful to the staff for upgrading us as my original plan was complete rubbish. The tour guide was excellent and kept the tour focused, she had a fantastic knowledge of all the exhibits. So all on all it turned out to be a fantastic day and one bored 15 year old got to see Neros 2 billion pound bath.

Amazing tour unforgetable.
The tour company through in free guide so tour was Excellant value. Tour company very helpful gave us tickets and showed us where to meet guide inside Vatican museums ent. Amazing tour saw everything we wanted to see lovely guide. Highly recommend last minute booking and great price. 5 stars.

Fast entry
If you travel in the summer, plan on going first thing in the morning. It's very hot in the Vatican in the afternoon.

Very over priced and poor...
Very over priced and poor communication. Operator emailed tickets we did not know until we traveled to tge meeting point. Directions to the meeting point lacked clarity. At the meeting point operators not on the same page when giving us tickets. Speaking in their native language and did not share what the issue was. Also did not respond when asked. I would not book this way again.
