Guided Vatican Museum tour with skip the line entry.
Everything worked exactly as described. Great contact from Valentina before the tour, we were met as expected and then had an interesting and well paced pour with Stephanie, who was knowledgeable and engaging. The skip the line saved us ages as the queues were really long even at 8:30a.m.

This is not a guided tour..
Don't know the name of the guide as he didn't introduce himself when provided us with tickets and a map of the Vatican. We met at the meeting point at the time requested only to be asked to come back in 20 minutes. That was a bit annoying. The reason is to make sure everyone is on-time which is fine but maybe tell your customers this on the details sent about the booking.. It was cold a wet on the morning we arrived.... The guide walked us upto the Vatican security guided entrace, my husband and myself were going through security, turned around and he was gone!!! Never saw him again no goodbye nothing. Not what I expected and definitely not a guided tour as stipulated in the title "Rome, skip the line Vatican museum, guided tour"

Escorted Entry: At around 10:15-10:20 AM, Andrea walked the entire group towards the Vatican Museums, where you all went through security checks and reached the entrance turnstiles inside the museums. No Tour Guide Included: It is important to note that this product was never advertised as a guided tour, and at no point were you informed that a guide would accompany you inside. Your booking was specifically for an escorted entrance service, not a guided tour.
