Average Customer Experience!
Overall the museum was ok, but not stellar. The experience was also negatively impacted as the audio book did not work for everyone in my party making the experience hard to follow as we walked through the museum.
Response from the operator: Dear 778franklynm, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit overall. However, we are sorry to learn that the audio tour worked for some members of your group but did not function for others during the experience. There may have been a connectivity issue that affected access to the audio guide. We wish you had reached out to us during your visit, as our team would have been happy to assist you immediately and help resolve the issue so everyone in your group could fully enjoy the experience.

Very disappointed
I so sad. The reception staff at the museum would not accept my ticket confirmation and seemed to know nothing about my circumstances. I was with my 85 year old mother and just had to but new tickets. This was really poor practice and arrive. I asked for a refund and was rejected. I spent a great deal of money for my tickets and trusted Viator. I think next trip I will book with another company. I am so disappointed
Response from the operator: Dear Lisa J, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the confusion and inconvenience you experienced during your visit. Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the actual tickets and related access details were duly shared via email and WhatsApp 1 day prior to your visit. It is possible there may have been a misunderstanding at the entrance, where the confirmation voucher may have been presented instead of the actual entry tickets. We sincerely wish we had been contacted during your visit so we could have assisted you immediately with the actual tickets and helped avoid any inconvenience.

Great Museum Despite Accessibility and Heat Wave Difficulties
My mother is on a walker and while the museum staff were very good about directing her to the handicapped entrance and ramps, the lift was broken, and there was no a/c in the building even though the website said there was. It was a heat wave in Paris, and all together this made it hot and sweaty and difficult to get around the building. We did manage to make it up the stairs with me behind her and carrying the walker, but it was all very hot and awkward. Luckily the museum and gardens lived up to their reputation and were wonderful to view and enjoy.
Response from the operator: Dear Linda W, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that despite the challenges, you and your mother were able to enjoy the museum and gardens and that they lived up to your expectations. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words regarding the helpfulness of the museum staff. We will pass your feedback along to help improve the visitor experience. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

Rodin deserves better
Very angry that Trip Advisor fooled us into thinking we had an audio ticket. The other thing is that the museum smelled faintly of urine and was very hot.
Response from the operator: Dear carolcG6365ZU, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the digital audio guide was shared along with the actual tickets. We sincerely regret any confusion regarding the access and wish you had reached out to us during your visit, as our team would have been happy to immediately assist you.

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio cost?
+
Prices start at $6 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 33 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Rodin Museum Paris Entry Ticket with Skip the line and Audio start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
