Amazing excursion for families and all ages!
My family and I booked the golf cart and resort excursion in Roatán, Honduras, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our cruise! The day started with a visit to see butterflies, sloths, and monkeys. It was such a fun and unique experience, and we even got to take pictures with most of the animals. It was something the whole family will remember. After that, we headed to the resort, where we got to drive our own golf carts. This was a huge hit with the kids, and honestly, the adults had just as much fun! Our tour guide was amazing—she explained everything, was incredibly patient, and made sure everyone had a great time. Once we finished the golf cart tour, we enjoyed a delicious lunch before relaxing at the resort. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with a huge infinity pool, a separate kids’ pool, and beach access with inflatable water attractions. We only had about 20 minutes to enjoy the pools because of our schedule, but that was all it took for us to fall in love with the place. I even got my tour guide’s contact information because I’ll be returning on another cruise in September, and I can’t wait to visit the resort again! I highly recommend this excursion. It’s especially great for families with young children, but honestly, it’s perfect for all ages. Everything was well organized, the scenery was beautiful, the guides were fantastic, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. We would definitely do it again!

Highly recommend for a great adventure
Highly recommend this adventure. Our family of 8 started with the animal reserve with the opportunity to see, learn about and hold (for those who wanted to) the beautiful birds, monkeys, sloth. The kids in our group (young and old) loved this. It was rainy for our golf cart adventure but it was still great fun. The guide shared information and love of the beautiful habitat and area, then we landed at a spectacular pool, beach and enjoyed a very good lunch. Highly recommend.

The golf carts were great fun and our guide was extremely informative and fun to be with. The pool and beach were beautiful and the lunch was very good. Our family of eight had a great time. Very professionally run and fun for all.

Excellent adventure!
My wife and I did this tour as part of a shore excursion with Royal Caribbean. We have been on many excursions and this was one of the best. We have physical limitations and they took good care of us. The guide gave us a great tour, explaining the ecosystem of Roatan Island, the importance of the mangroves and the way they take care of them and the island. She talked about this issues the people deal with to protect the island. She pointed out iguanas for us. It was fun driving the golf carts around and seeing the scenery and the environment. We highly recommend the tours.
