One more on my bucket list ride a bike by the ocean in Jamaica 🤟🏻🇯🇲🚴‍♀️

From the time I contacted Jennifer (storm) she was very attentive to make sure. That I was all set with what I need for my ride in the morning Wayne was very friendly. And let me use his pedals to fit my shoes. The ride was amazing parts were you see the ocean. And I felt very secure and protected all the time of the ride because we were escort by a van.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind compliments and for taking the time to write this review! We truly appreciate it.

    One LOVE ride- Negril

This was an experience of a lifetime! I started riding only 2 years ago as part of a cancer fundraiser and have kept up with it. Cycle Jamaica hosts four rides a year throughout Jamaica. 'Storm' the organizer and her staff were attentive, warm, amazing, comforting and proud to share their country the way it was meant to be experienced.. by bicycle!! My family joined me for the vacation, and this was the first time riders brought children! The ride left out of RIU Negril early in the am and we were back to enjoy breakfast with our family, followed by optional excursions, or lazy days by the beach and pool. Three days of riding, we rode with world renown Jamaican Olympians. Riders cruised into the towns, met the locals and felt safe and secure with a police escort and SAG van with us at all times. All we had to do was ride, and take in the beauty of the island! Fresh coconut guava, bread fruit, shrimp, the real foods of Jamaica were experienced as well! The staff took photos, videos, and every excursion we had a clean, air conditioned van, with tour guides. We went to YS falls for rope swinging. We had a private boat to Floyds pelican bar where we celebrated birthdays with the locals. A catamaran cruise with snorkeling followed by cliff diving rounded out the trip. All excursions were added and you could pick and chose what you cared to partake in. Covid protocols, hotel accommodations and transfers all made for safe travel. My family has never been to an island, they had the time of their lives! Two boys 12, 15 will remember this vacation forever. SO if you are looking for some exercise and personal riding adventures, the culture, VIP service, overall Jamaican vibes, look no further than CYCLE JAMAICA and Holiday SERVICES for you next cycling experience! One love! Alicia IRE!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind compliments and for taking the time to write this review! We truly appreciate it.

    Must do road cycle

Unbelievable!!! A highlight of my trip. If you do any road biking at any level at home, please do not miss out on this opportunity to ride with the Jamaican champion rider Wayne Smith. You will set out in the morning (less sun and temps). Wayne gave me an amazing $3000 carbon bike to ride. The road is smooth as silk unlike Chicago with the snow destroying our roads. Going out we took it easy, coming home we pushed it. Great great great workout. His co-worker drives a car behind you to shield the cars so 100% safety from car traffic. The roadside coconut you will have after getting off your bike (I needed 2) will hit the spot like nothing else. Please go out for a ride with Wayne. I’m begging you.

Road Cycling in Jamaica: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Falmouth.

How much does Road Cycling in Jamaica cost?

    +

Prices start at $299 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Falmouth usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Road Cycling in Jamaica take?

    +

Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Falmouth is not rushed.

Is Road Cycling in Jamaica worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Falmouth, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Road Cycling in Jamaica?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Road Cycling in Jamaica suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Road Cycling in Jamaica?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Falmouth can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Falmouth and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Road Cycling in Jamaica start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Falmouth within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Falmouth?

    +

On Outty we rank every Falmouth experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ATV Jungle Safari Tour from Montego Bay, Jamaica Culture Tour: Culinary, Cultural, History and Dance, Jamaica Martha Brae Bamboo Rafting with Bus Transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Falmouth?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Falmouth?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
