Amazing Zip-Lining Experience!
Amazing Zip-Lining Experience! My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Canopy River, and a huge part of that was because of our tour guides, Luis and Felix! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and fun throughout the entire experience. We did all 8 zip lines, and they made us feel comfortable and safe while still making the experience exciting and memorable. They were great at explaining everything, encouraging us, and keeping the energy positive the whole time. You can tell Luis and Felix genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in making sure their guests have a great time. We had a blast and couldn’t have asked for better guides! Thank you, Luis and Felix, for making our Canopy River experience so much fun! We highly recommend asking for them if you’re doing the zip lines! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re happy to hear Luis and Felix made your zip-lining experience safe, fun, and memorable. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with them. Hope to see you again soon!

Amazing views and operators
Great experience, our tour guides Rafael, Luis and Vanessa were great! There is some hiking to do between the different zip lines so you have to somewhat fit but everyone was doing it even small kids. The tour was 100 for a 2 hours experience with a lot of zip lines, mule ride and tequila tasting with Mario. The only con is the pictures that were pricy and they don’t allow you to take your phone, the whole tour was 100usd for 2 people and the pictures are 75usd :(
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the zip lines, mule ride, tequila tasting, and the amazing views. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Rafael, Luis, Vanessa, and Mario. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the photo pricing. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure!

Thrilling and fun!
Wow! What an experience! The zip line rides were thrilling, flying high above the valley and river. It was my first time zip-lining, but I felt completely safe and secure. The harness isn't uncomfortable at all. I would note that the hikes between some of the lines are pretty steep and demanding, especially with the high heat and humidity!
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so happy your first zipline experience was both exciting and safe. We also appreciate you mentioning the steep hikes they can be challenging in the tropical heat, but we're glad the adventure was worth it. We hope to see you again soon at River Park!

Excellent Trip
Great ziplining trip. Daniel and Polo were excellent tour guides. Be sure you're prepared to do a little uphill walking from time to time. The views were excellent.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your great review! We're so glad you enjoyed the adventure and the beautiful views. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Daniel and Polo. We hope to see you again at River Park!

Why this scores 92
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Puerto Vallarta.
How much does River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Puerto Vallarta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Puerto Vallarta is not rushed.
Is River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 92 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 916 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Puerto Vallarta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.
Can I cancel or reschedule River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride?
+
Around 321 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Puerto Vallarta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Puerto Vallarta and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does River Park Zipline Tour and Mule Ride start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Puerto Vallarta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Puerto Vallarta?
+
On Outty we rank every Puerto Vallarta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Winner 2026 Downtown Vallarta Food Tour with Vallarta Food Tours, Signature Taco Tour in PV with Vallarta Eats, Food & Mixology Tour:Tequila,Tacos, Mezcal and Agave Cocktails. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Puerto Vallarta?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Puerto Vallarta?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
