You may also wish to throw bread at the fish that will congregate near by to eat. So far, no fish has ever eaten any of our guests. Not a single bite. The bay is named after the famous Mexican actor, who starred in the International Blockbuster film, Cannons of Navarone in the 1960s. When Quinn came to Rhodes to shoot the film, he was blown away by the beautiful Bay and asked the Greek state If he could buy it. Local fishermen have found around the area of Ladikos several clay containers that come from shipwrecks that traded in that area. It is located right behind Anthony Quinn surrounded by caves. The coastal settlement here was attacked and destroyed three times by pirates in 620, by the Persians in 653, by Arabs and in 807 by the Turks. After these attacks, the inhabitants left the coastal settlements that were visible to the attackers, and moved a little in land behind the Rocks, where the settlement is located today and which cannot be seen from the sea. The name, AFANTOU comes from the word, Afandou, which in Greek means invisible. Beautiful swimming day in Rhodes.

How can I start.😊 Thank you for a wonderful day on the sea. The crew is amazing, always with a smile and happy to help you, even when my son lost his watch while jumping from the boat, one crew member jumped in the water and help my son to find it! Thank you so much. We did three swimming stop to beautiful beach. Just this was worth the price. The food was very good, best tzatziki I ever tried, music was fine, keeper the festive mood during the trip. Very smart and wise decision to serve drinks in paper/plastic cups as there are kids around and we were in a boat! Very safe. Don’t hesitate to book this tour!!!

Nice boat day with good food and friendly crew, but don't expect much marine life

It was a lovely snorkeling cruise with good food, unlimited soft drinks and wine, and a super friendly crew. The spots where we stopped were nice—we got to swim and snorkel, and the water was beautiful and clear. Only a couple of negative things: When snorkeling, we saw only a few fish and rocks, and that was it. We hoped to see more corals and a wider variety of fish. Also, the music was a bit too loud for us—we couldn't really have a conversation and had to shout

How much does Rhodes Bay to Bay Swim Cruise-Greek Buffet w/wine included cost?

    +

Prices start at $64 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Rhodes Bay to Bay Swim Cruise-Greek Buffet w/wine included take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.

Is Rhodes Bay to Bay Swim Cruise-Greek Buffet w/wine included worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 86 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 201 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Rhodes Bay to Bay Swim Cruise-Greek Buffet w/wine included?

Is Rhodes Bay to Bay Swim Cruise-Greek Buffet w/wine included suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book Rhodes Bay to Bay Swim Cruise-Greek Buffet w/wine included?

    +

Around 70 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Rhodes?

    +

On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rhodes?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rhodes?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
