So glad we did this!
Wonderful service. Our flight to KEF was delayed and the driver kept current, communicated several times, and was there to welcome us when we got through customs. When we returned from our tour, the driver was on time to our hotel and let us know he had arrived. Both drivers were friendly and warm, and made the whole process easy.

Terrible experience
Absolutely the least friendly taxi driver I have had. Didn’t do the luggage himself , asked for help. Dropped us off without telling us which building was our hotel (couldn’t approach the hotel because of street configuration), until we asked. Asked for the name of the hotel in a surly way (to confirm where we were going), and wouldn’t go anywhere until we found it, even though he had our name AND our hotel from the agency. Just not a happy camper and it showed. All this for $200! Never again.

According to his report, when he welcomed you to Iceland, your initial response focused on the amount you had paid for the transfer rather than responding to his greeting. He therefore understood that you were very unhappy with the price. This made him concerned that there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the booking or the price, particularly as our rates are based on the distance and service provided and are competitively priced for the route, which you should have been aware of before booking. Rather than responding defensively or allowing the situation to escalate, our driver chose to remain quiet, professional, and courteous throughout the journey. His intention was to avoid creating any further discomfort and to provide you with a calm and safe transfer. We are sorry if his reserved manner was perceived as unfriendly, as this was certainly not his intention. Regarding confirming the hotel name, our drivers routinely verify the drop-off location with passengers, especially when they feel it is necessary. We do not consider this to be inappropriate, even when the hotel details have already been provided through the booking agency. In this case, the driver was simply ensuring that he had the correct location. With regard to the hotel entrance, we provide a door-to-door service whenever the destination is accessible by vehicle. Unfortunately, Iceland Parliament Hotel is not directly accessible by vehicle. Our driver therefore dropped you off as close to the hotel as possible, which was directly by the hotel. The drop-off location is less than a one-minute walk from the hotel, approximately 35 meters away. Unfortunately, it is beyond the driver's control to drive beyond the barrier. We would also like to clarify that our drivers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward every passenger. We are sorry that, despite our driver's efforts to remain calm and courteous, his quiet and careful approach was interpreted differently. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. We hope this clarification helps provide some context regarding what occurred during your transfer. Shuttle to airport
Worked great. Driver was slightly early and helpful. Van was roomy and plenty of luggage space. For 4 people cheaper than bus
