Just Like on TV - But Live!
This was a really cool experience! Just like any other sporting event. It’s infinitely better when you see it live. Not quite sure what else to say. It’s kickboxing. If you like it you’ll really enjoy going. Do you keep in mind that traffic in Bangkok is awful. I really can’t stress this enough. Take public transportation. I wound up getting there late because I needed to be special and take a private car. Just, don’t. The BTS is the best way to get around town. Period. Aside from that, I definitely recommend taking in some live Muy Thai when you’re in town.
Response from the operator: Dear Jeffrey_P, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review on Viator! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a cool experience watching live Muay Thai at Rajadamnern Stadium and that experiencing the atmosphere in person was so much better than watching it on TV. Thank you also for passing along that invaluable tip regarding Bangkok traffic! Navigating the city's traffic can indeed be a challenge, and recommending public transportation is fantastic advice that future travelers will certainly appreciate when planning their fight night. Thank you for choosing IAsia Thailand and for highly recommending the experience. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Bangkok, and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit! Warmest regards, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)

Muay Thai Boxing... Its sort of a big deal here!
While it was a bit underwhelming overall, I still had a good time. I do think it was worth paying extra for the good seating, as it made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that stood out to me was the attentive food and drink service throughout the night. It really added to the overall experience and made the evening more pleasant. Looking forward to our next adventure!

Do this while in Bangkok
Recommend! Unique experience while visiting Thailand. Husband loved it. Very easy with the driver and escort to seats. Just allow extra time to get there...Bangkok traffic is insane.

It’s definitely a unique part of visiting Thailand. We’re glad the transportation and seating went smoothly, and yes, Bangkok traffic can be quite a challenge! Shocking Tour Operator, Amazing Event
The actual boxing event was unbelievable and a fantastic experience which I would highly recommend. My issue was with the local operator running the excursion. I was told to be at the lobby of my hotel at 16:35 only for the driver to turn up at 17.20 with zero communication from the driver or tour operator. We then subsequently got dropped off late at the stadium and the tour operator people dealing with admission at the stadium were a shambles. My advice to anyone wanting to attend this event is make your own way to the stadium and pay in at the door, far easier and cheaper.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Real Muay Thai Boxing Show at Rajadamnern Stadium. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the boxing event and found it to be an unbelievable and fantastic experience. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the transfer. It is unacceptable that you experienced such a delay BUT we did call the reception to advise we would be late due to the heavy rain and the traffic. We understand how this negatively impacted your overall experience. We appreciate your advice to other travellers and will be addressing these concerns with the local operator to ensure improvements are made. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance the quality of our services. Thank you once again for your honest review, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future. Yes you can go to the stadium yourself and pay at the dorr which will cost an extra 25% on top which we charge and you can check this on both websites Thanks, Paul

Do not miss this opportunity ! A brilliant night out
We were picked up from our hotel, led through, past the queues, to our ringside seats. We were sat next to one of the judges. There were seven fights comparing of 3x3 minute rounds. The atmosphere was electric, the fitness and quality of the competitors was humbling. Refreshments were reasonably priced and facilities were air conditioned, modern and clean. Our pickup home was waiting outside as we left. A brilliant evening out.
Response from the operator: Hello martin, Thank you so much for sharing your electrifying experience at the Real Muay Thai Boxing Show at Rajadamnern Stadium. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the intense action, skill, and spirit of Muay Thai showcased by our talented fighters. Rajadamnern Stadium is steeped in history and tradition, and we aim to offer not just a sports event but a deep dive into the cultural heritage of Thailand through the art of Muay Thai. Your appreciation for the authenticity and atmosphere of the event is a testament to the passion and dedication of everyone involved, from the fighters to the coaches and the staff. Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Bangkok.
How much does Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $4200 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Bangkok usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Bangkok is not rushed.
Is Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 24 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Bangkok, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Bangkok can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Bangkok and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Rajadamnern Stadium: The Real Muay Thai Boxing Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Bangkok within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Bangkok?
+
On Outty we rank every Bangkok experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Bangkok Backstreets Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Old Siam Bangkok Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, Tingly Thai Cooking Class with Morning Market Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Bangkok?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Bangkok?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
