    Do something else

I will preface stating I am a travel agent that was traveling with my clients and this is the worst experience I had. I will not recommend this to any of my future clients. To start off, their pickup location was not mentioned correctly. We were roaming around asking people as they told us to be near a gas station and the person there who seemed not to like these people asked us to go elsewhere. Fortunately I had international roaming and could call them and get them to come get us. Else there is no way we would have found them as they were 5 mins away in another alley. I booked this on Shore Excursions and the photos are no where close to where they will take you. The 4x4 ride was good but everything else was crap. They gave 5 mins at waterfalls. The guide did not know English. There was absolutely no instructions on what we will do and when. They drove us through some small water streams on the way back but didn’t stop anywhere. Then when we got back and wanted to leave, they told us we won’t get transportation for another 90 mins and we can eat at their restaurant. If we had 90 minutes why not let us spend more time at the waterfalls? The food at the restaurant was horribly expensive, 18$ for a plate of nachos! We had to just kill time and be transported back. We did not have any time left to do anything as we weren’t informed that the location is an hour drive from cruise terminal. So we lost the entire day commuting and waiting at their restaurant for a 20 min buggy ride. So not worth it.

Response from the operator: Dear passenger, thank you for taking a few minutes of your valuable time to help us improve. Your comment is of great importance to us and we will do our best to resolve the inconvenience caused, we ask you to please send an email explaining your situation in more detail and your reservation information to customerservice@graylinevallarta.com We deeply regret the inconvenience caused, hoping to have the opportunity to serve you as you deserve in the near future. Kind regards, Customer Experience

First time to Mexico and not the last!

Wow, what an amazing experience for our first time in Mexico! Esteban helped get us settled in the resort and then took the time to explain all the various excursions and experiences. We settled on the side-by-side tour in the mountains/jungle and a tequila tasting. That, by far, was our favorite experience among so many wonderful memories. The support staff at the resort is incredible, we wanted for nothing! Esteban helped ease our concerns about venturing out and exploring this amazing city! The shops, the restaurants, the bars and the beaches were so fun and unique and everyone made us feel welcome. By the end of the trip, we were sad to go and are planning our next trip back! Fiesta Americana was a great resort that I highly recommend to friends and family. They were under construction at times but somehow managed to reduce any discomfort or inconvenience. The food and the drinks were first class, we wanted for nothing! And the families, so many children and families. It made for a really fun and relaxed environment. The only downside was the resort next to us, it seemed like a 24 hour rave was going on. If you come here for peace and quiet, I might recommend you reconsider as this place was bustling with activities and noise, but for us, it made it a really fun adventure. Thank you Costco and mostly Esteban for making this our most memorable vacation!

Response from the operator: Dear passenger, thank you for taking a few minutes of your valuable time to let us know that we met your expectations, we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again. We will be happy to serve you as you deserve on your next trip. Kind regards, Customer Experience

Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Puerto Vallarta.

How much does Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra cost?

    +

Prices start at $270 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Puerto Vallarta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Puerto Vallarta is not rushed.

Is Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Puerto Vallarta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Puerto Vallarta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Puerto Vallarta and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Puerto Vallarta RZR Tour to the Sierra start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Puerto Vallarta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Puerto Vallarta?

    +

On Outty we rank every Puerto Vallarta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Winner 2026 Downtown Vallarta Food Tour with Vallarta Food Tours, Signature Taco Tour in PV with Vallarta Eats, Food & Mixology Tour:Tequila,Tacos, Mezcal and Agave Cocktails. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Puerto Vallarta?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Puerto Vallarta?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
