Never showed up and I have not gotten a refund. Wifi wouldn't connect and had no way to communicate with them.

Less then one star
Booked a private transfer from PVR to hotel - which was a 5 min drive. Had to wait in a 25 min line, only to be told it would take another 45 min to find an available van. We had to end up paying another company to take us. We had a van available with in 2 min.

Great arrival to PV
We arrived and very quick to our van and within 30 minutes we were at our resort. We recommended the gray line folks.

Expensive
The service was fine but expensive compared to other options. I booked through Viator online for $160 CDN. I booked the wrong zone and had to pay an additional $66 US. That’s $3100 Pesos. The taxi at our accommodations charges $800 Pesos one way.
