You can't miss it on your trip

I loved this walking tour, the guide was punctual, the tour was very entertaining and fun The guide was able to answer our questions about this fascinating and very typical area; Furthermore, I was traveling with a child and the guide took it into account and we stopped to have an ice cream. The place is very typical, I don't think you can say goodbye to Athens without first having seen this beautiful area.

Response from the operator: ¡Muchas gracias por tu fantástica reseña! Saludos cordiales,

Fascinating excursion through a typical neighborhood of Athens

I have no words to describe Vicky's thoughtfulness in trying to please everyone during the walk; the meeting at the hotel went smoothly, punctually and precisely. We were so fascinated by the excursion that we decided to book the evening tour of Athens. I highly recommend it

Response from the operator: Grazie mille per la tua splendida recensione! Cordiali saluti

Wasn’t worth the money.

Seemed very unorganized. Told us to meet at Monesteraki Square where our guide would be waiting with a sign. We got there and no one was there to meet us. Guide eventually called us from somewhere and said we weren’t at the hotel that we weren’t even staying at. Told her we weren’t staying at that hotel, then waited another 10 min for her to shore up. The tour seemed scattered like she (Vicky) didn’t really know where to take us.

Response from the operator: Dear Linda C, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced during your tour. It is our priority to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we regret that this was not the case for you. We understand your frustration with the initial meeting point and the delay in starting the tour. It appears there was a mix-up with the hotel information provided, which led to the confusion. We will review our communication processes to ensure such issues do not occur in the future. Regarding the tour itself, we are sorry to hear that it felt disorganized. We will address this with Vicky to improve the quality and coherence of our tours. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to make it right and provide you with a better experience in the future. Best regards,

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
