Driver was late, we missed our flight $$$
Our first problem started when we never revieced the confirmation text on arrival telling us our driver was there, and the only number they have listed doesn't connect when you try to call it. The big problem came however when it was time to get picked up from the hotel to head to the airport, the driver was late and with no reliable phone number we had no way to find out where he was on when he hould arrive. The driver then took the indirect route taking close to and hour and a half rather than the expected 45 minutes. Because of this we missed our flight and had to rebook for the next day costing us over $2,000 in flight and hotel expenses. Only Riveria Group has denied our request for refund of the transport service go with Grayline or another group and save some money and hassle.

The experience was amazing for arrival and departure. The team was proactive in communications and I didnt feel like I was constantly chasing them down. They were on time both times and very attentive to our needs.

Multi Resort Trip
We booked directly with Only Rivera through WhatsApp for our trip 3/2-3/9. They were quick to respond and very friendly. We were getting rides from hotels to hotels and both Alan and Enrique were communicative a couple hours before pickup and made it clear where they would meet us and when. Both drivers were right on time and the travel time was as quoted. Had zero issues and since we moved around a lot during the stay, it was great to know they had us taken care of! Would highly recommend.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE
Our experience with Only Riviera Group was EXCEPTIONAL! A++++. We were a party of 5 with two small kids and they made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived! The two carseats were there as requested but so were cold drinks! Enrique gave us the VERY best first impression for our holiday. We cannot say enough about how professional and friendly both Enrique and our return driver (my apologies as I don't remember his name but he was equally outstanding) were. I would highly recommend this company to get you to and from your resort. Simply unbeatable! Thanks to our travel agent for recommending them. We will definitely use them again next year!
