Do NOT book!!!!
Scam…. Transportation was not what was advertised. It was NOTHING luxury about this pickup. They tried to put my family of eight in a beat up minivan that only fit 5-6 with no room for luggage after having us wait in the heat for over an hour. I booked a luxury sprinter and they were aware of my family size ahead of time.

This was the absolute worst travel experience. I booked my round trip ride March 2nd 2026. Upon arrival on April 2nd, 2026, I could not locate my driver. This prompted me to reach out to this provider and inquire on my drivers location. I was then informed that they canceled my ride. I never received a cancellation notice.I received a reminder for the scheduled pick up on April 2nd, 2026 from viator. Also, on my viator account under “My Bookings”, this ride was still confirmed/active (not cancelled). The local provider then sent a white sedan to pick me up, which I refused. I booked a luxury vip suv, and I refused to settle. Again, there was no cancellation notice sent to me and I had already paid for the booking. The local provider then sent an suv and stated that I would have to pay an additional fee. He stated that there was an error with the booking and that we would connect with viator together to resolve the matter. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. He never called me back with a viator representative. Instead, he canceled my return ride without any notice. This experience started my vacation on a very negative note. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They had 1 whole month to review my booking and advise of any issues. They waited until I arrived at the airport to leave me stranded. Then tried to give me a low quality service, instead of the luxury experience I booked and paid for. The suv that did arrive was also not up to standard. However, the driver was professional and accommodating, unlike the company representative I spoke to via WhatsApp.

The price for a breathless SUV is $85/$90 each way, but you only paid $50 per way to a different location. Even so, you still received the service and a refund for the incorrect service. It's not right to do all that and then make comments knowing what you did. But whatever, many blessings to you. Good afternoon, thank you for choosing us and for sharing your comments with us and others. First, we apologize for the misunderstanding. One question: the product you selected has several options and different locations, correct? That's correct. You have Punta Cana hotels 15 to 25 minutes away, Bavaro hotel 20 to 35 minutes away, Uvero Alto Playa Macao 40 to 60 minutes away, and Cabeza de Toro 25 minutes away. Each location has a different price depending on the distance and the vehicle. Your reservation says SUV roundtrip Punta Cana hotels. Note that the description says it's not for Uvero Alto Playa Hotels. When we saw the incorrect reservation, we contacted Viator to cancel and refund the payment. That was days before you arrived. As we are always at the airport with our vehicles, we received your call saying you were waiting for transportation. After verifying, we informed you that your reservation was incorrect and canceled, but we can still provide service. In the afternoon, we will contact Viator to find a solution. We sent you a sedan. You said you didn't prefer an SUV, so we sent the nearest SUV, as you yourself requested. The driver was very kind and courteous. Our driver took you to your hotel. At no cost or anything, but we explained the error and you had to pay the difference, which you agreed to. We sent you two messages through the Viator website to connect with you for a solution or to schedule a call, but you never responded. Note: the conversation is there for both of us; you have it and we do too. Yesterday we asked you, "Sir, do you have your departure? Please confirm the departure time." You said no, you don't want the service. I imagine it's to avoid paying the difference for the service used. Now, 1) we provided service even knowing there was a problem with your reservation; 2) you received a refund for the incorrect service you booked, thinking it could be resolved... and now you're accusing us, telling a version that suits you. We have photos of you in our vehicle taking you to the hotel, and you yourself confirmed that you left with our driver and that we offered you the service, but you paid for it. However, you have a refund from Viator. It's not fair to arrive in a country and want things done your way. You had a service for $25 USD via Viator to a nearby location and wanted a Luxury SUV service for the same price. With the same options available for that location, you chose the cheapest one, demanded the service, and used it, but never paid for it. May God always bless you. It's a pleasure for us to serve you. It's good to tell things as they are, and the truth is, we always have the evidence and the conversations, and we sent everything to Viator, hoping for a solution from them.
