Easiest airport transfer ever!!
We were met outside baggage claim with a very clear sign with our name. Our driver had a beautiful clean car waiting. A cool bottle of water was there for both of us. He was very polite and knowledgeable about Lisbon. We were very lucky to have him as our driver.

Not as advertised
There must have been an error. Our airport transport to our hotel did not come. We called the service on our confirmation but they said they did not get that order number and did not come. We had to beg other services to get us a car to take us to our hotel. We tried to get a refund from Expedia. After several emails they refused to give us our refund citing that they gave our money to the transportation company and could not get a refund from the company. Too bad. Thankfully our credit carrier guarantees our payment and refunded us the money
