Highly recommended service
Fantastic service. Our driver Wang was already waiting even though we had a 7.30 am start. He was there promptly for the return as well. Car was very comfortable and clean. Communication was great with pictures of pick up points, name of driver and car type/registration supplied. A great experience and highly recommended. Thank you

Stress-free Travel from Cruise Port to Disney
I booked this transfer a few months before my trip and heard from the team right away about my request. They answered all my questions quickly and promptly; we communicated through Whatsup without issues. We were able to work in a stop at the Bund on our way back to the cruise port which was perfect! The driver was polite, punctual and the car was super clean. We got pictures of the signs and the meeting points which was super helpful. Would definitely book again for any transfer I need!

Mr. Orange was excellent! David and our driver Dai Cheng were extremely professional. They were on time in the morning and were waiting for us leaving Disneyland. The communication was top notch! I recommend their service without hesitation.

Outstanding service from Wusongkou Cruise port to Shanghai Disney and back.
This was the most excellent service. We took a cruise through Asia and stopped in Shanghai for 2 days and took advantage and went to Shanghai Disney on our first day. Mr. Orange provided personal transportation for my partner and I to pick us up at the port in Shanghai. Waited for us at the terminal exit with a sign with our name on it so there was no mistake who they were there for... escorted us to their vehicle and even provided an umbrella because it was a little drizzly that day. They dropped us off at the drop off area and told us where we needed to be when they picked us up after the park closed at 9:30. The driver was there, again, with a sign waiting for us by the parking area and escorted us to his vehicle and got us back to our ship. There was even an issue when we were trying to get back into the port because the port was supposedly closed but that really wasn't the case for us on the Westerdam. They security finally let the car in and he dropped us off where he picked us up and we got back on our ship with no issues. The Mr. Orange manager, David, contacted me while we were getting on the ship to make sure that we were able to get on because the driver had informed him that the port was closed so he had the driver wait before exiting in case we needed to get to a place to stay... but luckily we were on the ship safe and sound and I thanked him for his concern and their service. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Orange for your transfer needs while in Shanghai. When we go back we will be using their service again.

Very good service. Easy to book and driver was waiting on time at the cruise terminal and took us to our destination safely. I do recommend Mr. Orange for any transportation requirements needed in Shanghai.
