Only way to travel from Split to Dubrovnik

Alex was fantastic and so patient with our group of 5! Luckily, he was able to score us a reservation for the oyster farm experience that we didn’t know we needed to make. Rizman Winery is a must stop. Incredible views!

Response from the operator: Dear, Jade. Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted that Alex made your day so enjoyable and helped secure the oyster farm reservation. We agree — Rizman Winery is truly a must-stop with those incredible views!

The private transfer was great. The driver made sure to pick us up and drop us off very near our hotel. The side trip to Klis Fortress and Ston was great.

    Exceptional

We did the personal transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with Dino - and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment he arrived in a sleek black Mercedes, we felt like royalty. Dino greeted us in Afrikaans, which immediately made us feel at home, and his gentlemanly manners, like opening the door at every stop, did not go unnoticed. The journey was more than just a transfer, it was a full experience. We made two planned sightseeing stops along the way: first at the historic Klis Fortress, and then at the stunning Rizman Winery (a last-minute change that Dino handled with ease and grace, even making the reservation for us). He also surprised us with a quick detour in Ston for ice cream and a stroll through the charming town. Dino is not only professional and accommodating but also incredibly knowledgeable about the area, which made the drive informative and enjoyable. Yes, it’s a premium service, but honestly, it’s worth every cent. We would choose this drive over a flight any day. Highly recommended! Lots of love for Dino, from Tania & Joe! See you in South Africa soon 😁

Response from the operator: Hi, Tania! Thank you so much, Tania and Joe, for this glowing review! We're thrilled to hear your transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with Dino was such a memorable and enriching experience. From the warm welcome in Afrikaans to the thoughtful detours and sightseeing stops, it’s clear Dino went above and beyond to ensure your journey was special. We're especially glad the visit to Rizman Winery and the impromptu stop in Ston added to your enjoyment—Dino’s flexibility and attention to detail truly make a difference. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. He’ll be delighted to hear he made such a lasting impression—and who knows, maybe you’ll see each other again in South Africa!

Best Way to Get From Split to Dubrovnik

This is the easiest way to get from Split to Dubrovnik by car. We had a driver, who gave us the included two hours of sightseeing in two different places. Then we were dropped off at our hotel in Dubrovnik. A pleasant journey.

Response from the operator: Hello, Eliot! We are so happy to know you had a great time on your transfer and you enjoyed the stops, as well as our service. We will be pleased to assist you again with any future trip in Europe and Mexico.

How much does Private Transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with 2-Hour Sightseeing cost?

    +

Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Split usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with 2-Hour Sightseeing take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Split is not rushed.

Is Private Transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with 2-Hour Sightseeing worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Split, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with 2-Hour Sightseeing?

    +

Is Private Transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with 2-Hour Sightseeing suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with 2-Hour Sightseeing?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Split can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Split and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Transfer from Split to Dubrovnik with 2-Hour Sightseeing start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Split within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Split?

    +

On Outty we rank every Split experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Split Small-Group Walking Tour with a Magister of History, Split Walking Tour with Professor of History, From Split: Krka Waterfalls, Food & Wine Tasting Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Split?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Split?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
