I am extremely disappointed; upon arriving at the airport, we were waiting for our shuttle that was supposed to take us back to the rental location. I contacted him by phone, and he answered the first time, confirming that he would arrive by 11:00 a.m. He never came, despite more than 20 calls from me; the phone would ring and no one would answer anymore. He left us stranded; I was forced to take a taxi for over €40 at my own expense, knowing that I had already booked on Booking. I'll let you guess the conditions we were in: five children, including three toddlers, and a woman five and a half months pregnant. In any case, I am very disappointed by this; I am requesting a refund for my service because this is truly outrageous. I saw the other operators arriving on time. They took their clients, and we were there like homeless people in front of the Marrakech airport; in any case, thank you and congratulations to them.
