Exceptional Service — The Perfect Transfer from Kotor to Dubrovnik
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Transfers Montenegro and would highly recommend them. From the moment I booked directly with the company, communication was good. Because we were staying inside Kotor Old Town where cars aren't permitted, I was concerned about managing our luggage to the pickup location. The company worked with us to arrange a nearby meeting point that was easy for us to walk to with our luggage, which made everything very convenient. Our driver, Mirko, was amazing! He arrived on time and immediately made us feel welcome. He was personable, friendly and genuinely enjoyable to spend the drive with. The car was clean, comfortable and modern. We were three adults and it fit all our luggage. One of my biggest concerns beforehand was the Montenegro–Croatia border crossing because we had heard stories about potentially very long waits. Mirko clearly knew the area and the best routes to take. Our entire border crossing experience was incredibly smooth, and I believe we waited less than 20 minutes between the two borders. The scenic drive itself ended up being one of the highlights of our transfer. Mirko was very knowledgeable and shared interesting information about Montenegro and Croatia, including the culture, history and places we passed along the way. Instead of feeling like we were simply being driven from one hotel to another, it felt like we were getting a little local insight along the way. Most importantly, he got us to our Dubrovnik hotel safely and comfortably. From the excellent communication before our trip to the thoughtful pickup arrangements and wonderful experience with Mirko, everything was handled professionally from beginning to end. Five-star service all around. I would absolutely use Transfers Montenegro again and highly recommend asking for Mirko!

Dumped us at Border
We regularly arrange transport from kotor to cavtat or dubrovnik. We paid for a luxury mini bus transfer to cavtat. He dumped us at the Border and a taxi arrived to take us to cavtat. We set off in a luxury van, he was on time. But he spent the whole trip to the border on speakerphone to his friend. Extremely loud and very annoying. Non stop the whole way there. Then we had to move all our luggage out of the van and wait for a small taxi, even though there were 4 of us. I was cramped in the back with rucksacks over our knees. No luxury vehicle whatsoever. Won't be using these again.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kotor?

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kotor?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
