WARNING: No Show, Rude, Shady, Untrustworthy and Unprofessional
I booked a roundtrip airport transport from the Dublin airport to the Shelbourne hotel through Marriott activities, who apparently partners with Viator. I listed all the flight numbers, arrival and departure times correctly. I also listed my passport information, as well as my daughter’s and granddaughter’s. But upon arrival at Dublin at 8:45am on May 26, after a long, exhaustive flight, Master Cab Lines was a no show. This has never happened in the history of my extensive travel experiences. When I called the man who answered was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. He claimed it was my agent’s fault because he had a question and didn’t hear back from the booking agency. He acknowledged getting the information needed to pick us up but would not say what question was unanswered. I asked why he didn’t reach out to me with questions since he had my contact information. I asked why he decided to be a no show instead. He was unprofessional, rude and very shady. He said that his nearest driver was over an hour away. Marriott and Viator are reputable and should not associate with this shister company. When I told him I would be giving his company the review they deserved, he told me not to jump to conclusions because it was my agency’s fault. He then went and canceled the booking reservation. However, I had my voucher from Viator, my confirmation from Marriott and everyone had all the correct information. A horrible experience. Thankfully, we got a taxi from the airport for only $36.88- a $78.12 savings from the $115 we had prepaid.
Response from the operator: We received your booking which needed clarification as some information was not adding up, we sent an email to your agent via the viator portal seeking clarification, your agent never bothered to respond to our query and as such we could not schedule your booking, Also, regarding the cancellation, we had to notify viator that this booking could not be scheduled as our enquiry was unanswered and as such we had to cancel the booking to avoid the transfer from viator going through, this is standard procedure - you should actually be reviewing your agent negatively not us. This lady was very rude and unprofessional in her phone call, our staff tried his best to calm the situation from escalating!

Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dublin.
How much does Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland cost?
+
Prices start at $118 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dublin usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dublin is not rushed.
Is Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dublin, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dublin can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dublin and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Transfer and Airport Transport in Ireland start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dublin within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dublin?
+
On Outty we rank every Dublin experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dublin to Cliffs of Moher, including Wild Atlantic Way and Galway, Dublin Highlights and Hidden Gems Guided Walking Tour, The Little Museum of Dublin Famous Guided Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dublin?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dublin?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
