    Simply Outstanding Overall Experience

We had the opportunity to book 4 tours with Mark for various ports during our two week cruise around Spain and Portugal. The three of us had private drivers and guides on all four tours. The experience was outstanding. From the booking process with Mark, to the ability to customize every experience, to the quality of the vans used, to the drivers and guides.....simply great. I would highly recommend this firm!!!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your great reveiw and I am very happy that you enjoyed the tours. Regards Mark

    Fabulous day!!!

Mark contacted me early to connect about details. He kept in touch and made sure everything was ok. Jonathan from Low Cost Taxi Malaga was punctual and informative. The van was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We met our tour guide was also excellent and patient! She was super informative and kept pace with our seniors and teens. We had a wonderful day! FYI Cordoba in the summer is extremely hot so bring lots of water!!!

Response from the operator: Thank you for your great review and I will pass this onto Jonathan and Africa. Kind regards

    Could have been better

Mecquite was memorable and guide quite knowledgeable. Driver was on time and friendly. Vehicle was comfortable. Our travel companions were unable to join us due to illness so the cost for the two of us was high (>$900, >$450 per person). Given the circumstances Viator should have reduced the cost or extended the guide’s time with us to increase the value of our fee payment. We had two hours of guided tour and four hours of driving.

Response from the operator: I understand what you are saying, but unfortunatly, the other couple decided not to join you, and this makes the tour more expensive.
