10 day custom China Itinerary
If you have a travel plan / desire to visit china, just give the dates and your desired places (if any / if not she can make itinerary one for you), the rest Jenny will take care. We made a custom itinerary for 10 days: Shanghai-Zhangjiajie-Chengdu-Beijing Transportation: all are brand new cars and pristine conditions. Drivers are polite, safe, on time , accommodating. Had Memories of lifetime, We have seen more places than what we planned. Shanghai: Both June and Wing are very knowledgeable and explained history of Shanghai area. Took us to good restaurants and had delicious food. Zhangjiajie: Jenny is very good and caring. She took care of us like a family, even outside of her time limits. We have a difficulty using alipay, she helped most of the transactions. She came to train station (first time in China) and waited till the train starts. Chengdu We had a great time with May in Chengdu. She was trying to show us more pandas. Took shortcuts in panda center and used the time efficiently. She took us to local shopping area per my request and spend her time with us very patiently. Beijing: Allen and Jason, highly knowledgeable, my teen interacted with them very well Quickly adjusted to routes to beat the holiday traffic. Overall her team is very good, caring, tried to educate us, offered to take photographs, and accommodated with our schedule. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Excellent Day tour with Jenny's Shanghai Tours and outstanding service by tour guide Grace - Highly Recommend
I recently undertook this tour. I had an outstanding day and would highly recommend Jenny's Shanghai Tours. The organisation was superb and the tour guide Grace was highly experienced and very competent. She was so good and such a very nice person. The Driver was also very good. Grace's commentary was first class and her English skills were outstanding. The Zhujiajiao Water town history, private garden visit , walking tour of the eating experiences and various local traders, visit to a tea house, gondola ride, and sampling of the local food were particular highlights. I thoroughly enjoyed the Shanghai Tower visit even though wait time in the entry queue was around 1 hour. Not everyone may be interested in the Maglev museum visit, but because of my science education background, I found it very interesting and great to get an added understanding of how to go about catching the Maglev to Pudong airport for departure ( which I did). I found the whole day to be an interesting balance of the old and the new and a wonderful well paced experience. Thank you Jenny and sincerest appreciation to Grace for her services.
Response from the operator: Dear Clyde, Thank you so much for your outstanding review.:) We look forward to seeing you again in the future. Happy Holidays! Jenny and the Team

Had to cancel tour, but was so impressed with the company and their customer service!
My husband and myself and another couple had been planning with Jenny for tours in China after a cruise. We were to spend a day and night in Shanghai and then go on to Beijing, where Jenny's company would spend 2 days with us. Unfortunately because of the Coronavirus, we did not get to China. Jenny was wonderful helping us plan our tours. She was quick to respond to my emails and questions and very helpful in coordinating our tours in two different cities. Once we had to cancel, there was no hesitation in refunding our money, even though this outbreak was devastating for their business. I would highly recommend using Jenny's Tours as your company in China. They were professional, friendly, very easy to communicate with in English and I am very disappointed that we were not able to take the tours we had planned.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Shanghai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Shanghai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
