Great trip to Sintra and Cascais

Great day traveling to Sintra and Cascais. Our driver, Rui, was great. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and made suggestions for us. We had a great time!

Drop off /pick up tour without any guided information.

This tour was advertised as a private tour for four. We were disappointed bc it was a gentleman’s personal vehicle and really wasn’t a guided tour. He would drop us off at a location without any information about the location and then tell us to call him when we had finished touring where we were dropped off. It was like having a Uber drop you off and then calling to pick you up. Very disappointed in this tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our intention with the private tour is to offer flexibility and comfort, but it’s clear that better communication or guidance was needed in your case. We appreciate your comments and take them seriously — we will review this situation internally to improve the service and ensure our guests receive a more informative and guided experience in the future. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience next time. Kind regards, Radical Tour

What should I bring or wear?
