    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing full-day tour to Sintra with Bernardo and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip! Everything was very well organized and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Bernardo was an excellent guide — very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history and the places we visited. He shared great stories and interesting facts throughout the day, which made the tour even more special. Sintra is absolutely stunning and doing this tour with such a great guide made the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon who wants to explore Sintra in the best way possible.🤩🤩

Sintra and cassis and lots in between

We had a wonderful day with Paola . He was so professional, kind and had a good sense of humor. He blew our minds with how much he knew. He made sure to ask us what we wanted and gave us all the ins and out. Book with Paulo. The crowds at sintra were a little overwhelming but we worked around it.

    Truly out-of-the-box tour with João!

A wonderful day trip with ARR Tours João’s vast knowledge of Portugal’s history and culture, combined with a great sense of humor, brought every location to life in such an engaging way. Highly recommended!

    Sintra

Tour guide was very polite, friendly, informative..however, I believe the tour description was misleading. We saw the town of Sintra, but never went close to nor saw the castle. We drove through Cascais but didn't have much time to explore. Not sure if it was due to the weather or how the tour was planned..just seemed we had little to no time anywhere

Response from the operator: We appreciate your review, however we cannot agree when you say that our tour is misleading, as our company cannot control weather conditions! On the day of your tour, unfortunately, the day in Sintra was very cloudy and so you were unable to see the monuments in their entirety. I know you liked our services and our kindness towards our customers, as you hired us to continue with you to visit Lisbon, where you were able to see its castle. When you return to Portugal, we would be happy to return to Sintra with you!

    A day in Lisbon

Views from the end of the earth, our driver had a lot of experience however did the tour in reverse so we shops were not open on Cascals when we stopped, and we could not get tickets to go to the Park in Sintra. We did not understand we should have bought online ahead of time. No clear direction from Viator

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! We are changing the itinerary to include tickets and allow time for shopping. It will start with the visit of the park of pena palace And past from four to eight hours. We count on our customers to provide an increasingly better product.

Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.

How much does Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais cost?

    +

Prices start at $78 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.

Is Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Tour Sintra Gardens Palácio da Pena Cabo da Roca Cascais start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lisbon?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lisbon?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lisbon?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
