We didn't do half of the description! Not worth the money - please part refund
Poorly organised tour.We did not experience half of what the description said we would experience. We did not tour the grand palace. We did not experience loukamades. We did not experience melekouni. I have been trying to claim money back for this but the tour company has stopped replying. Disappointing. Would not recommend for the price point. I expect the tour organiser to reply to this as we should be entitled to money back based on us not experiencing half of the tour description. If not, I will be pursuing this further with tripadvisor. The review is 'poor' not 'terrible' as the guide was lovely, knowledgeable and tried his best to fulfil the poorly thought out tour description he had thrown at him that morning. He was paying for the food we did experience out of his own pocket - I hope they gave him this money back. You should not have to pay for the museum entrance fees at the price this tour is valued at or some of the other items we had to pay for ourselves. If you are happy with what feels like a waste of about £100 per head go ahead and take this tour.
Response from the operator: Dear Kai, before to start the tour you asked what food included and explain you clearly that the full lunch is not included at the tour even if you read the same on TripAdvisor At the end of the tour, you send us an request to refund your money because the trip never took place. Secondly you changed your mind and said the tour completed without food. You asked from the guide full lunch but our desciption mentioned that the tour includes only "Greek coffe", "Loukoumades" & "Melekouni" . Furthermore, as you said, the guide offers you free of charge much more, such as hand -made sweet cherry, spice tasting, a gift of packaging for making donuts, you asked from him to find olives for you and finally you send a message to the guide to thank him for the exellent work. Also, the guide gave us the receipt of the places that you visited & of the shops that you made tasting. Also, it is clear that the entrancee fee not included at the tour The organization of TripAdvisor examined your request of the refund and denied to proceed the refund then you put a poor review. I honestly, I don't know if I am surprised with your review.

Is Private Tour Rhodes, Valley of the Butterflies & Local Winery worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Tour Rhodes, Valley of the Butterflies & Local Winery?

Is Private Tour Rhodes, Valley of the Butterflies & Local Winery suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Tour Rhodes, Valley of the Butterflies & Local Winery?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

+

What are the best things to do in Rhodes?
+
On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rhodes?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rhodes?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
