Umbrella Street

Parque Central Independencia

Elvin was fantastic, very trustworthy and reliable. We had a nice time! We enjoyed lunch the most, because it was the least tourist oriented - we went to an authentic local restaurant where other locals were having lunch. Was a great way to see some of the sights of Puerto Plata

Great experience.
Our tour was Carlos and Christian. They were so amazing. They showed us all the spots to visit as 1st timers. We enjoyed the tour and lunch. Very personalable and knew the area very well. The van had amazing a/c and had plenty of space. My shoe even broke towards the end of the cruise and They went on the hunt to find me some new ones.

Great private city tour!
My wife and I booked a private city tour directly with the Operator and spent much less than we would have for any excursion booked off of our ship. We had great directions to get to the Taxi and basically had from 9 AM until 3 PM when we were due back at the ship. We got to see the real parts of Puerto plata, not just all the tourist things. We had an authentic lunch and overall this trip exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Ismael has been exceptionally courteous & helpful w/assisting us to arrange our RT transfers from Santiago airport to our hotel resort @ Puerto Plata . He has further arranged 2x addl’l private customized day trips for us during our stay in DR .
