Stay away, a terrible booking.
This was a god-awful booking. Instead of having a tour guide, we merely had a taxi driver who picked us up in a dirty and old cab. The tour was supposed to include WiFi and water, which was a complete lie. This taxi driver had a very heavy accent and his English was terrible. He barely explained anything about Casablanca and spent the majority of his time talking on his phone to others. He didn’t even know what he was supposed to show us until I showed him our booking details. He cut short our 5 hour excursion to barely three hours and took us to a mediocre restaurant where we were given the option of either a chicken or beef dish, and that was it. The food was barely edible. We even had to pay for our own water as our driver abandoned us at the restaurant. I had to call him multiple times on the phone before he finally picked us back up and took us to our hotel. Stay away from this tour company as we paid a lot of money and received almost nothing of value for it.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your perception of the experience was not positive. That said, following a thorough internal review of the booking details, operational logs, and service delivery records associated with this tour, several statements contained in your review do not align with the service that was scheduled and provided. Our operations follow clearly defined procedures, including vehicle assignment, guide briefing, itinerary planning, and service inclusions, all of which are confirmed prior to departure and monitored throughout the experience. Any necessary adjustments on the day are typically communicated directly with guests to account for traffic conditions or individual preferences. No concerns were raised to our team during the tour, which would have allowed for immediate clarification or corrective action. We fully acknowledge that expectations may vary between travelers, particularly regarding pacing, style of guidance, or dining preferences. However, characterizing the experience as a misrepresentation or lack of value does not reflect our operational standards nor the consistent feedback we receive from the vast majority of our guests. While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we do not recognize the service as described in its entirety. We remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and continuous improvement, and we value all feedback that contributes constructively to maintaining the standards expected of an international tour operator.

The mosque was very...
The mosque was very impressive not only in its size but all the information that the guide gave us as he knew his stuff, impressed with how much info he has mentally stored. It was truly the highlight of the tour. After our tour of the mosque, our original tour guide took us to this local restaurant for lunch where we had tangier, a local dish and I must say it was delicious, spicy but not too spicy. After lunch we were taken on a tour of the town and here I will say it was a bit rushed. we were dropped off at a carpet seller's store where the owner was practically begging us to buy, something we were not prepared for. The guide did not tell us where we were going and what to expect as he seemed preoccupied to get the tour over with so on this part of the tour we were not fully satisfied.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that the visit to the Hassan II Mosque was such a highlight and that you appreciated the guide’s deep knowledge and explanations. We’re also glad you enjoyed the local lunch experience. We’re sorry that the second part of the tour felt rushed and that the stop at the carpet shop was unexpected. Your comments about communication and pacing have been shared with our team so we can better manage expectations and keep the focus on cultural discovery rather than shopping. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the overall experience for future guests.

Highly Recommend
Mohammed was an exceptional tour guide. He arrived punctually and communicated with me prior to our excursion. During our tour, we visited Hassan II Mosque, both its exterior and interior, as well as the Church of Notre Dame of Lourdes, Square of Mohammed V. We also had the opportunity to visit an extraordinary pastry shop, where Mohammed brought us an assortment of pastries and we saw the pastry-making process. Additionally, the restaurant where we had lunch and the food (chicken and beef tagine) recommended by Mohammed were both delicious. I HIGHLY recommend having Mohammed as your guide when you Casablanca!

Best half day tour in Casablanca.
I highly recommend this tour. Amine was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the city as we drove to the various stops along this tour. The mosque tour was also excellent. I was traveling solo and only had one day in Casablanca. This was the perfect tour for me. Be sure to include the lunch option. It's delicious. Five stars.
Response from the operator: Dear EDWARD, Thank you for sharing with us your lovely comment which signifies your total satisfaction with the service, hoping to see you again soon for other experiences. Good day

Is Private Tour Casablanca with Lunch, Mosque Entrance Included worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Casablanca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Casablanca can sell out a month out. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Casablanca?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Casablanca?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
