Mausoleum of Mohammad V
After 1-Hour driving to the Grand Islamic mausoleum in Rabat, was built between 1961 and 1971, following the death of King Mohammed V in 1961. The mausoleum was designed by the Vietnamese architect Nguyen Viet Thu, and construction was carried out by Moroccan artisans and craftsmen. it features impressive Islamic architecture, intricate marble work. Rabat in a day
It started with a short ride from Casablanca and we enter the world of Rabat. It is a beautiful city with much history as told to us by our great guide. Our driver Taha was excellent. He got us in and out of Rabat with no problems. He took us to a great restaurant by the marina. Everything was wonderful.
