- The mud bath experience is controlled to a maximum of 20 minutes on the basis of safety.
- Guests are advised to shower before entering the pools in order to remove any makeup, sunscreen or other products applied to the skin as we cannot confirm what is in each product and therefore if a reaction with the Sulphur will occur.
- Both children and adults need to comfortable with the heat, and Hell’s Gate recommends taking regular breaks to ensure overheating does not occur.

Farfetched experience at ExperienceKart! 4-day guided tour to Rotorua Thermal getaway: We had an absolute blast on this tour! Way ahead on schedule, well planned 4-day tour to Waitamo caves, Rotorua and Lake Taupo. The tour organizer was professional from the start, keeping us updated about everything at all times. We appreciated that entry tickets were pre-arranged, so we never had to wait in line at the attractions. The hotel accommodations were also planned meticulously; felt like second home away from home. Firstly, we went to Waitamo caves which were really magical and giving us goosebumps every now and then. ExperienceKart has mastered the art of utilizing the time and planning the correct way with the mindset of the travellers. The geothermal lands at Te Puia are surreal and the arrangements to the Maori cultural experience were really heartwarming and emotional. The mud pools and the Polynesian spa experiences were very unique and the organizers were spot at it giving us the utmost pleasure at the right time. The jet boat ride activity at Huka falls was stunning and it was incredibly thrill getting close to the base of the falls. The dates and the venues planned were very picture-perfect and lived more than our expectations. Last day we went to the thriller and cooler space – Skyline and Gondala. Though the day was planned bearing in mind for our kids, we felt like we time travelled to our child age and gave it a bang on Luge and zipline. West Coast Wilderness Tour: After Rotorua we had 2 days available with us – so organizers guided us to explore Piha and Mercer Bay loop. Tops the to-do bucket list items at New Zealand – as the name goes; just wild and dramatic. Could not get the eyes off the marvellous place! Then to the White sand beach and the local city tour which was also prearranged impeccably. Overall, an amazing experience that bundled unforgettable memories, experiences forever close to heart!
