Intensive Winery Tour in Santorini
This is a very well thought-out tour: at the first winery, you will learn about Santorini's climate, soil and viticulture in the vineyards; at the second, you will be exposed to the island's cutting-edge wine industry and taste a wide range of wines; at the third, you will see the historic winemaking facilities and then enjoy a wine tasting overlooking the majestic Caldera. Although the tour lasts only four hours or so, it is quite informative and packed with a variety of experiences. Our guide, Dora, is not only a wine professional, but also very knowledgeable about the history, culture and economy of Santorini. Above all, she is friendly, attentive and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed the tour though both of us got drunk a lot...
