Disappointing service, No Communication
Our experience was highly disappointing. After calling in advance to let Happy Shuttle know we would be late and having our excursion guide also contact Happy Shuttle and he was told that the driver would wait for us. Despite that communication, the driver left just few minutes before we arrived at the meeting point. After proactively communicating our situation and being assured through our execution guide after his outreach that the driver would wait, we were left without transportation and without any notification. We were forced to find alternative transportation. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. There was no WhatsApp message, text, or phone call letting us know that the driver had arrived, that we were being waited for, or that the driver was leaving. We only learned that the driver had left from a local person who told us that a van had been waiting in the parking lot and had departed just before we arrived. Even after reaching out post the experience there is a lack of accountability from Happy Shuttle for there complete miscommunication on the driver waiting, it is all our fault, and no willingness to even consider any position of a reimbursement.

After reviewing the service, we confirmed that our vehicle arrived at the designated meeting point and waited for the established period. As your review also indicates, the van was present and departed only after the waiting time had been exceeded. We acknowledge that your excursion guide contacted us to report the delay. However, a request for the driver to wait does not modify the scheduled pickup or guarantee an indefinite extension, particularly when the delay is caused by an external excursion and the vehicle has subsequent services to operate. We regret if this limitation was not clearly understood during the communication with your guide, and we have taken your comments regarding communication into consideration. Nevertheless, the transportation was provided at the agreed location and time, and the missed service resulted from the excursion returning after the permitted waiting period. Fantastic experience, and everything went as planned. Pickups were right on time, if not a bit early, which was wonderful. I would definitely book with Happy Shuttle again.

Great communication and easily accommodated very early pick up times
We booked private round trip transportation from the Cancun airport to our resort in Riviera Maya. Our return trip to the airport was very early due to our earlier flights. The communication with this company was fantastic and they were able to accommodate our very early pick up from our resort. The van was clean and comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of 4 with luggage. We would certainly book with them again!

Safe and friendly drivers both ways. Finding them in the airport was easy even in the hustle and bustle. AC was roaring and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
