Best of the best!
I had the best ride to LAX and back. I typically do not write reviews, but they were very professional, and all of the drivers were very respectful. I have a 5-month-old, and the driver lowered the music and asked if I needed the AC at a specific temperature.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a comfortable and professional ride. We know traveling with a little one can require extra care, so we’re especially glad our driver helped make your journey more comfortable. We truly appreciate your kind words!

Best Shuttle in LA
Best shuttle in LA. We were delayed flying in from Ohio. I was worried there would be a hiccup with the shuttle. The dispatcher from Karmel already knew about it and knew when we would be landing before we were told at the airport in Ohio. Fantastic drivers and service

Do not use this company! Rude!
I made reservation with Karmel through Walt Disney travel so that we could get a few hours at Cal Adventure before taking a noon flight home. I booked a 10am pick up. At 810 as we were about to get on Cars, Karmel called and said they would pick us up at 845. I corrected them and said our pickup was at 10. At 830 I got a text saying our driver couldn’t wait any longer and since we weren’t ready that they cancelled our service! I called and when I said, “I paid a premium for your shuttle,” the man said “Lady, you didn’t pay me anything, you paid Walt Disney. Call them, this is not my problem” and hung up on me! Never, ever again will I use Karmel Shuttle. I can’t believe Walt Disney uses them! Don’t risk it!
Response from the operator: Hi NicoleB..., I am so sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not met your expectations. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and I am truly sorry that wasn't demonstrated to you. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we understand how frustrated you must be. My deepest apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you. Please email us immediately (info@karmel.com) with your reservation details to further investigate. Sincerely, Andrew Customer Service Manager

Expensive additional charges
Very disappointed with pricing. Our flight was scheduled to arrive at 7pm and booked the shuttle with this information. As our flight was delayed we were charged an extra $90usd as their shared ride service ends at 7pm (which we never would have made regardless as our flight only arrived at 7 pm). So ended up being a very expensive service. Our driver was lovely and we were happy with the ride, just not the pricing and the lack of information about this policy
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Your listing shows you purchased a Private Van. Please email us your complaint to info@karmel.com with your reservation details. We will be able to investigate this further. Thank you, Andrew

Reliable, Comfortable, Professional
Convenient, easy to book online via the company website, no hidden fees, professional drivers. This company was recommended by the Disneyland Resort for airport service from LAX to my hotel in Anaheim. I booked and paid for roundtrip service, in advance with ease. I would recommend private car service if traveling with only 2 persons vs. ride share shuttle service. I reserved a black car sedan but both for transfers arriving and departing, I was given a mini black SUV to my surprise. The automobile was clean and comfortable. Temperature inside was just right. Complimentary bottled water for the ride. Both drivers were prompt, professional yet friendly, helpful with our baggage and, communicated via text/phone call extremely well when arriving at the pick-up location. I opted to tip the driver in-person vs. in-advance when booking the reservation. Remember to tip generously based on the amount of suitcases/bags and the level of service delivered + booked. I have used this company twice, in 2022 and 2023 and was completely satisfied both times. I will book with Karmel Shuttle Service again on my next trip to Anaheim, CA.

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Angeles.
How much does Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Angeles usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Angeles is not rushed.
Is Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Angeles, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Angeles can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Angeles and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Round-trip Airport Transfer: LAX International Airport to Anaheim Hotels start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Angeles within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Los Angeles?
+
Los Angeles rewards travellers who cluster their bookings by geography rather than by theme. Studio tours and Hollywood walks sit inland, the Malibu and Santa Monica coast runs west, and Griffith Observatory and the canyon hikes work best at dawn or dusk. We weight transport clarity in the ranking here: whether pickup is included changes an LA day more than the tour itself. On Outty we rank every Los Angeles experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hollywood Sign 2.5-Hour Tour with Comedians and Their Dogs, Los Angeles Hollywood Sign Hike: Front, Behind, and Expert Guide, Los Angeles Original 90-Minute Walking Tour to The Hollywood Sign. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Los Angeles?
+
March to May and September to November, for clear air and open canyon roads. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Los Angeles?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
