Car and driver were not...
Car and driver were not at airport for our pre scheduled pickup and I had to contact the provider. Once the driver showed up he was pleasant and courteous.
Response from the operator: James, you were right to expect the vehicle and driver to be waiting at the scheduled airport pickup time, and I apologize that this did not happen. A full refund was processed for the booking. I also appreciate you noting that the driver was pleasant and courteous once contact was made. We have reviewed our airport dispatch and communication procedures carefully. Suhail Ibrahim Founder & CEO

Homey
Very friendly, accommodating and professional. They make you feel comfortable and home. I recommend them to anyone who wants to visit.
Response from the operator: Dr. Housam, thank you for your generous review. Making guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for is exactly what we aim for, so your words mean a great deal to our team. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to drive you again. V good desigh
Very good desigh, but weather little hot due to natural ventilation. Has a wonderful open space you cansee most of the airport from anywhere
Response from the operator: Thank you, Hatem. Your comments appear to describe the airport’s design, open space, and natural ventilation rather than the transportation service provided by Rushmore. If you traveled with us, we’d be grateful to hear your feedback about the pickup, vehicle, and driver as well. Suhail Ibrahim Founder & CEO

Car rental at Amman airport - never again
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience with Rushmore, booked through CarJet, in Amman, Jordan. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon my arrival at the airport, I waited for nearly an hour for the pickup service to collect me and provide the vehicle. I had reserved a large car, specifically a Mazda 3 or a similar model, but was instead given a Suzuki Ciaz with 50,000 kilometers on the odometer. Additionally, I encountered issues with the deposit. Instead of placing a hold on my account for £475, the full amount was charged. When I needed to extend my rental due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, I was informed that the price would increase. Ultimately, I returned the car without extending the rental and was told that my deposit would be refunded within 28 days. Regrettably, six weeks later, I had not received my deposit. After multiple calls and messages, I eventually received a reduced amount of £435, attributed to fluctuations in the exchange rate. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I feel compelled to characterize it as a severe inconvenience.
Response from the operator: Hasan, I’m sorry the pickup time, vehicle experience, and deposit process left you frustrated. To clarify the record, the vehicle was delivered and later returned without damage, and our bank-transfer record confirms that the full security deposit amount collected in Jordanian dinars was returned to you. Any difference in the amount shown in British pounds resulted from bank processing and exchange-rate conversion, not a deduction by Rushmore. We should have explained the timing and currency process more clearly, and we appreciate the feedback. Suhail Ibrahim Founder & CEO

Don’t waste your money!
My clients booked this transfer months in advance. Waited 2 hours for their pickup. There was supposed to be someone waiting for them their arrival with a sign. No one showed up! My clients were forced to take a taxi from the airport to their hotel.
Response from the operator: Jeffrey, you had every right to expect your confirmed driver to be there. Missing your airport pickup and leaving you waiting for two hours was unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize. We take responsibility for that failure. I would like to review exactly what went wrong and address it properly. Please send your booking reference through Viator or contact us directly so I can personally follow up. Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Amman.
How much does Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman cost?
+
Prices start at $21 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Amman usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman take?
+
Plan for about 0.7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Amman is not rushed.
Is Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Amman, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Amman can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Amman and add a light layer if any part of the 0.7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Amman within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Amman?
+
On Outty we rank every Amman experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include From Amman: Petra and Wadi rum Private/Group Full day Tour, From Amman :Private or Group Full day tour to Petra, Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea 4 Days 3 nights. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Amman?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Amman?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
