Good arrangements
The trip was very well organized by the team. They provided a new, well-maintained vehicle, and the driver Mr. Ragin was excellent, punctual, and professional. The team was also flexible and accommodated our requests by adding extra activities to the itinerary. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable trip. Highly recommended!

Beware of tourist traps and heavy driver commissions!
Our tour driver took us to an Ayurvedic farm on the Munnar road. The staff there sounded highly knowledgeable, but it is just a trap to sell overpriced items. They sold us a 5-Mukhi Rudraksha bead for ₹2,000, which can easily be bought online or in a normal store for around ₹250. The salespeople are highly trained and pushy; they try to make you spend over ₹10,000 by pitching various herbs and remedies. It was very difficult to leave without buying something. We quickly realized that the prices are highly inflated because they pay secret commissions to the taxi and tour drivers. Our driver became visibly upset when we skipped an elephant ride because he missed out on his commission. The same thing happened when he took us to a specific chocolate shop and we didn't buy anything—he actually got angry with us. From boat rides to massage centres, he only took us to places where he got a cut. My Advice: Do not book a single tour driver for your entire trip. It is much better to explore places on your own terms by hiring a fresh taxi or auto for individual trips.

Kerala tour with an english speaking driver
This is the second time I used this service and happy to share that we had a very pleasant time throughout. I just had two days to decide going on in this trip but travel planners were very quick to respond and firm up the whole itinerary. Felt so comfortable to have Mr Ragin accompanying us all along. He not only spoke good english but also suggested places to our interest. I noticed that this company provides highly trained professional drivers which makes you feel safe. Overall the service was a good value for money and l will be using their service again.
