What you get

    About this experience

This tour focuses on Omaha Beach, while allowing you to measure the scale of the DDay invasion. It is a unique experience to walk in the footstep of the brave soldiers who started the liberation of France in June 1944. You will be guided through history and see the battlefields. A guided tour of the D-Day beaches in Normandy becomes something far more powerful than just visiting historic sites when it’s led by a local expert guide. What makes it truly unique is the human depth they bring to the landscape. Your guide doesn’t just know the history—they know the land. They explain how the terrain shaped the battle at places like Pointe du Hoc, and how villages and civilians experienced the invasion. This creates a richer understanding that you simply can’t get from books alone. In short, what makes your guided D-Day tour unique isn’t just where you go—it’s how the story is told, and how it stays with you long after you leave the beaches.
