Scam Service.
Terrible experience. The listing gave my hotel as an option for pickup and did not contact me after accepting my money to notify me of anything other than confirmation of my reservation. The day of pickup it was difficult getting in touch with the company. No one answers for 30 minutes of calling. And then I was told my hotel was not a valid pickup spot. Yet the company offered my hotel as an option, took my money, confirmed the booking, and made no effort to inform me otherwise. And then was not readily contactable. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in quite a while. I would never recommend this your company.

Unfortunately, we were not aware of your reservation at the time because we did not receive a notification for the booking. We understand that this does not change your experience, and we apologize that there was difficulty reaching us when you needed assistance. Our service description clearly states that the transportation coverage is for locations up to 20 minutes from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. Your resort is located in another parish, approximately 45 minutes outside of Montego Bay, and therefore falls outside the stated service area. Once the location issue was identified, your payment was refunded. We also want to make it clear that this was not an attempt to take your money or mislead you. A company that processes a refund when a booking cannot be accommodated is certainly not trying to scam a customer. That said, we acknowledge that your hotel appearing as an option during the booking process created confusion, and we will review this to ensure customers have clearer information about the service area before completing a reservation. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.

Good experience, picked up as promised, on time, with name sign. Ordered a return to the airport with them as well. Good people.

Worst Transportation Experience Ever: Stay Away from this company!
Stay away from this company! Definitely experienced a bait and switch situation. Have never experienced such a bad experience with a transportation company prior to this! Booked online, giving the destination for a roundtrip shuttle from the airport to the resort. They confirmed the booking, picked us up, then after dropping us off, the Operator called the driver and then had us come back to the shuttle and said that we owed more money than what was paid and confirmed. She said it was because our location was excuded. I did not see the exclusion when I booked and I shared why didn't they say something when I made the booking or before transporting us. After a back and forth conversation and wanting to enjoy our vacation, we agreed to pay an additional $40, making it a total of $100 paid for a round trip and the Operator said that this would suffice. After checking in to our resort, the operator continued to contact me and said that we would not get a return trip without paying an additional $60. I refused and then contacted Trip Advisor (Viator). After going back and forth with them, they said that I would have to pay the additional amount to the Operator because the Operator said I owed the additional money. I was very disappointed not only with this transportation company but also with Trip Advisor, which I thought I could trust as vetting a company that could be trusted. We ended up getting another transportation company to give us transportation back for $40. If we had gone with them to begin with, we would have only paid $80 for a round trip.

The lady was very rude demanding we play her more in cash or PayPal and kept calling over and over while trying to get through the airport

Jason was wonderful! He got us back to our cruise ship with 30 mins to spare, despite there being quite a bit of traffic. I recommend downloading WhatsApp and using that to communicate.
